They never told me upfront that I would be debited every month for a year. Now that I must leave the country to a new home overseas, the online customer service representative states he is a booking agent only, and I must call during the week. I've been trying to cancel HelloTech since June 23. I am a senior citizen and asked for assistance, and he basically never apologized for the inconvenience.
