The packing was unbelievably bad with mislabeled boxes, no concept of organization in the boxes, multiple items broken or damaged and valuable items simply forgotten and left behind. Two days later Adam supervised the unloading in Lehi, UT and also had a great team to work with. There were a few minor wall-dings but nothing major, and all furniture was well cared for. Start to finish was only about 4 1/2 hours including reassembling furniture and generally organizing room set up under my direction.
