She helped me purchase the home of my dreams...in fact, a property better than anything I had ever imagined. It's a property with 2 cottages on Long Lake with a private beach...so not only did I become a first-time homeowner, I became a first-time landlord as well. I moved here from out of state and knew nothing about the area. Dear friends of mine recommended Anne because they had had successful experiences with her and while I can't imagine ever moving from my new home(s), I'd absolutely use Anne if I ever chose to move again. Anne is honest, direct, knowledgeable, and as I've come to learn from the many people who know her as well, incredibly well-respected. Anne didn't hesitate letting me know her concerns about certain properties but made it clear the final decision was always mine. I trusted her completely and there were times I had her cancel a property viewing after she shared her local knowlege, research and concerns. I trusted her implicitly and every step, from making the offer, working with various inspectors, and mortgage lenders, etc. her knowledge, contacts and expertise were invaluable. As a first-time homebuyer, she took the time to explain everything that was happening along the way and never seemed frustrated at the volume of questions I had (and I had a lot!) I joked to my friends that at one point she had to take a two-by-four to me so that I wouldn't complicate things that didn't need to be complicated. She was also incredibly accommodating when I requested to meet different contractors at the property during the escrow process. Because of this entire experience, my paradigm of home buying is that it's easy, simple and exciting. My dear friends who encouraged me to move to this area and who were the ones to recommend Anne in the first place say they've never seen a home-buying experience that went as easily and smoothly as mine...and they've sold at least 5 or 6 homes in the last few years alone. There were also aspects of my property that everyone thought could make the close process tricky...but in the end wasn't at all. I've now been in my new home(s) for 5 months and every day, I become more in awe of what an incredible property/lake/town/area I now get to call home. I sat with the friends I've mentioned above by the firepit last night and roasted smores and we recounted all the incredible things that happened along the way - including Anne's role in this magical journey. Not only do I consider Anne a rock-star realtor, I consider her a friend now as well. We had some wetland with three trees on it uproot and fall against our new house. These were large…read moretrees. I called Q Team and a professional guy name Tom came right out. He overlooked the situation and the next day a crew came out. Lucky for me there was no damage to the home however three trees were leaning on the house. Qteam removed all of the trees and branches in about 2.5 hours at a very resonable price. Also I was concerned about my lawn as I put in a new one last summer. Qteam use large rubber mats to drive their equipment onto the property. There were no ruts, lawn was perfect. I had used Qteam in the past and have always had excellent service. I recommended them for your tree work.
