Needless to say the breaker would not stay in place properly so I knew I needed a electrician. Mr. Electric was able to come next day. And like my last review he came early. He explained why it wasn't the breaker and that it was the wall outlet instead. Everything was good to go after wall outlet was replaced. I would say that it's was higher price than I expected ($350). He also gave me a quote to upgrade the panel basically replacing all the breakers and cleaning everything out not a bad price for all that they were going to do.

Just as so many franchises are doing today they just give you a list of problems you have with your home and then over charge you for the one thing you called them for to begin with. This company is very high priced although friendly and helpful. However, I'm telling you they are going to overcharge you at every turn of the corner and not be able to explain why. I had a very simple light fixture change in my garage and they charged over $700 for it.

Our community used them to install lighting throughout 2 years ago. Uplighting on trees and buildings, lights in the parking lot. When they work, they're quite nice. Problem is the lights only work half the time! The myriad of excuses is baffling! "Old wiring, bad wiring, bad circuit breaker, need new breaker box, lightning strike, back ordered parts", the list is endless! Last week, they installed Christmas lights and you guessed it! They've stopped working! The only thing worse than their inept installations is their lack of customer service. Calls are ignored and not returned. Service can take weeks before they show up to repair their mistakes. And, then they only repair a portion of their work. Their prices are ridiculous for the services (not) provided. Hire them at your peril.
