I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone. I have a crossover SUV and instead of them investing in stools for SUVs and trucks, they will OPEN your car door and stand on the inside to wash and dry the top. I have never seen anyone open a door while a vehicle is completely wet to wash the top. Some but not all staff members are unprofessional. They could do a lot better. read more

Unacceptable!!!! I paid 30 for the in and out. The outside looks amazing!!! The inside I'm like wtf did y'all wipe down. Seriously I could have done the inside myself and it come out and saved some money...the only reason I didn't ask for a refund was because my husband said he would clean it and I didn't want to cause a scene. I dropped off my car the service person told me to do the entire full detailing in my car. He told me the the car would be hand waxed and shampoo interior. One, he told me he needed all day with my car. The car was washed on the outside, but by the time I came to pick it up for the first time it was filled with pollen on water spots. If it were hand waxed it would t have any water spots. The interior was filthy and I had to instruct him to clean the kicker area. Then the back portion was filthy after he said he had shampoo it. He also told me that he had issues with it and needed more time. It was after closing when he called me to pick the car and it was in the same condition as I dropped it off. He charged me over $150 for a quick hand wash. Definitely do not go here, they are scammers!! Pictures will follow this review. read more

This place is totally unprofessional! Do not use! I showed up at 9 in the morning. The guy there said it would be about an hour before they got to my vehicle. After waiting an hour, I decided to leave and come back. He said he was about to start on it and it would be done in 30 minutes (just a wash). I come back in an hour and my vehicle is not washed and he's not even there. He left the keys in the door where anyone could have stolen my vehicle. read more

I went and ordered the $150 full service auto detailing for my car as the interior and exterior needed a lot of work. Not only it took double the time for my car to be finished, there were A LOT OF MISSED SPOTS in the interior which made me upset. The owner should have not claimed to be able to remove the spots and stains just because of the money but actually commit and work on it. I even had to tell the employees of the visible dirt and dust in the A/C. I want these people to treat customer's cars as their own but they only treat it as a job which made them leave a lot of details out. Now I will have to do my own detail which the $150 service did not cover. read more

Well I want to give them 5 stars because the car looks so good!!! But the lady that asked me what I wanted has the nastiest attitude! I came here based on word of mouth. When you say 45 mins please let it be as close to 45 mins as possible! 2 hrs later. I could have gotten the wax as long as it took. Well maybe not... it might have taken another 2 hours! Now I would have respected the fact if she said an hour or hour and 30! Give me a choice if I want to stay! So I ask her how much longer when it was at 1 1/2 and with attitude she says they working on it. Guys good job on my car but yal might want to get someone else to do what she does!!! BEWARE & THINK TWICE - Long story short, my tint had to be replaced after getting my car washed here!!!! I'm out an additional $100. Long story, I went to the Watson location on Tuesday and purchased the inside/out with the spray wax. Overall the car was cleaned to a satisfactory level. The problem was upon my drive home, I noticed that my backseat window contained several bubble/hazing spots. I initially thought that they forgot to wipe the window completely. However, once I tried to wipe the window I found that the bubbles /hazing was not coming out. I immediately called the shop and returned with my vehicle. Of course the manager (female) who did not see my car when it was brought to the shop, would say that she saw the bubbles when she did her inspection of the car and "assumed" they were there when the car was brought in. I explained to her they weren't and she said well we don't clean the backseat window. I said ma'am I don't know what you did but I am telling you that I did not have the bubbles/hazing on my Window when I brought my car to your shop. Then she states they have a camera that captures everything and I say well I want to seem the video to see what was/wasn't done to my backseat window. She had a surprise look or her face that I actually wanted to review the film and so her initial response was for me to make an appointment. I said No, I want to review it now before anyone else has a chance to review/alter/edit the film. She said fine but also states the camera is new and she is not sure how to work it. So she fumbles with the camera for about 30 minutes or so and then calls someone up (I assume the person who installed) and then say he can't be here until another 55 to 60 minutes. I explain to her that my son has baseball lessons that he can't miss. Long story short I end up leaving because her only response was we couldn't have done that to your car; but the worker who was with us and who worked on my car could not say that he did see the bubbles/hazing when the car was brought in. I took my car to Tint Pro the very next morning and he looked at my tint to first identity if there were any signs of it breaking down. He told me that my tint looked really good and he could identify any signs of it braking down. He then told me that what happened was whatever cleaning products they used obviously contained ammonia and that by getting the ammonia on the window it started to break down the first layer of tint which created the bubble hazing effect. With that being said, it will cost me $100 dollars to replace the window tint. So I would THINK FIRST before using this place as although It may be unintentional, they could cause more harm to your car than good. Also note, she didn't offer any type of refund or really any type of solution outside of my employee couldn't have done it. Furthermore, she it didn't appears she had any intentions in reviewing the tape to see if a mistake was made because she didn't even ask me for my name or number. read more
