I also had placed an order for 2 adult hats and a childs hat,and purchased a sample hat they had made. There was some confusion and miscommunication about the price of the child size hat and the sample hat (not that I cared what either of them costed as I paid for them both when i placed my order but had the prices switched on them due to the miscommunication). When i showed them the email confirming what i thought the price was they became immediately aggressive and defensive. i had been telling people the wrong price because of this! my total was still the same and i even said maybe i misunderstood what the price of each product was but their unprofessional behavior continued to escalate. They also refused to give me a copy of my invoice. Granted I love the hats.. they turned out great.. the backpack is nice quality as well just different from everyone else's. What I can't tolerate is the unprofessional behavior and the rudeness shown to their customers.
