I got quite the sense of honesty from her and she knew exactly what she was doing and she knew exactly what needed to be done and that's what she did. She did what needed to be done. I'm very happy with the work. I couldn't be happier and when you get high quality work like that with a reasonable price, you cannot go wrong. I go with my gut feelings with companies and I've dealt with a lot of companies this past week just moving into a house and I went with my gut feeling with her and it was one of the best decisions I ever made!! Chesser Construction Will also be used for the insulation work that I need to have done!! I'm very confident in their ability to do the quality job on the insulation that they've done with the gutters!! I just saw All of the projects they are able to do and I will be using them an awful lot in the future. I have insulation that needs to be updated. I have a screen door that needs to be replaced. I had another roofer look at the roof & he determined the singles had only two nails instead of four. I contacted Perrault & was told the roof is out of warranty & they were not willing to make it right or re- nail the shingles properly. I will not do business with this company again!

Nails, bolts, screws, plastic, food and metal shavings were left all over the property. Didn't flash or put in winter shields. Gutters FELL off when they left. Complete disaster!! But they cashed BOTH checks.... The customer service is so poor I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this company. Don't get the run around from these jokers. Go to a real MN company who cares about their clients and takes pride in their work.

***WARNING*** These guys were great up until the point of…read morepreforming the work. Josh seemed to be a nice guy in the beginning. Day 1 they had a crew of around 8 guys to install sheet rock. Day 2 only two guys showed up and the first thing that came out of their mouth was wow I have never done this before. Over the next few days they did horrible work, we had to keep showing them what to do. We would inform their supervisor Joe that this is not escapable work please fix this. We had this conversation almost every day and nothing different would happen. Instead, he got mad at us for taking up his time. Very poor management. They got about 1/4 of the way through the project and demanded more money, they already had half down and we said no, you are only 1/4 of the way done. After that they pulled off the job and would not communicate at all with us. They came back to the job a few days later to grab their equipment and they took all the other contractors' ladders and scaffold ect. We had to get the sheriff involved. Long story short, this company was a nightmare, and I hope nobody else has to go through what we did with these guys ***SCAM***SCAM***SCAM***SCAM***
