Ground floor is for women's clothing and accessories while basement is for men.
Service is friendly and pleasant and respectful, and oh - they speak English (an important information to non-German speaking tourists in Hamburg!)
I love to shop here as I like their clothing line. Massimo Dutti is not an actual designer shop as they're *just* ZARA's older "sister" shop. Their clothing line is classic and simple and it's just the way I like it. Expect some earth-colored and basic palette clothing here with straight and masculine lines.
If you're from Copenhagen, this is the nearest physical shop around, obviously since MD has no store in Denmark. Price is a little bit higher than ZARA but so is the quality.
