By the morning of the 7th, the flowers had already dropped completely - they barely lasted two days. It was a disappointing experience at La Vie En Rose on a Sunday. After ordering flowers for pick up, you kind of expect high quality (ie not cheap). Yes, they were available for pick up on a Sunday so that is great but got them home and about half were clearly old. Took 'em back and had them exchanged. You can forgive an error but the attitude of the staff was that I was too picky or didn't know what I was talking about. Wilted petals indicates that they are old. How can you argue with that? If you are going to try to correct a problem. a) admit the problem and b) be nice about it. I got home and went through the new flowers and sure enough one had a broken stem. I didn't bother going back but did decide it was worth a review since I was so disappointed with the service. If you do go there, make sure you check everything carefully so you are not disappointed when you get home. I'm truly surprised a business can keep operating with that kind of service and attitude.
