Very disappointing service! Don't order on line! Spent $77.95 on flowers deliverd to my Grandma and they wrote the credit card name on the envelope instead of Grandma! Thankfully my grandparents were home to receive the flowers and to correct the deliverer. Lilli Pilli Florist did call to confirm the flowers were in fact for my Grandmother but if the phone call was anything like the one I had when I called to see what the mishap was I will have nothing but bad reviews from here out! I did receive a some what of an apology but more of a really long explanation on justifying the mistake! No compensation what so ever not even my delivery cost back $12.95 (within walking distance of the florist). When you have flowers delivered it is SO lovely and such a surprise but to then see the flowers are not for you..... Well I would be disappointed. Being a business owner myself I know how busy things can get but nailing the simple things like addressing a name on an envelope correctly should be a priority. Hopefully by signing up to yelp only to make this review will encourage fellow flower givers to not order online from Lilli Pilli Florist but to call and hopefully your experience is 1000 time more professional then the one I just had! read more

I have just ordered and received a $50 bunch of flowers from Lill Pilli florist with absolutely no problems, excellent value for money and an absolutely beautiful array of flowers. I have been using this florist for 15 years and was surprised to see a one star rating as not once in all the times I have used this service have I been disappointed. The flowers arrive on time, to the right address and have always lasted a long time. It is obvious a lot of love and care has been put into the arrangement. I would like to add that I believe the reviewer who gave Lilli Pilli Florist one review is being extremely unfair. To make a judgment call as severe as that over a small mistake regarding a name and of which received the necessary apology is being extraordinarily harsh. As a business owner herself I would have thought she had the insight to realize that?. As for delivery of flowers, the florist works on her own and I would imagine could not leave the business unattended even just "to walk down the road" as she states to deliver the flowers. I would not hesitate to continue using Lilli Pilli florist for the excellence service and care she puts into her flowers. read more
