    I am not one to give bad reviews, unless its food. But for what I paid and for as long as it took I…read morefeel I must speak out. This was a very rare coat..in fact I bought the last one. I took it in to be tailored as it was a bit over sized. When told that wasn't something he wanted to tackle.. I asked to have a zipper installed as I am a disabled vet and had problems with the original snaps... long story short he removed my snaps (The zipper was behind so no need) installed fake "Rivets" and didn't even seat/secure them with a tool..just pushed them in "Plugged" the hole with them. Well I lost two of them the first night I wore it. I found them on the floor. I ordered a tool to see if I could seat them, but I bought cheap wrong dies that wouldn't work. The second night worn, the zipper tore loose from the hand stitch. All in all this was beyond a shoddy rushed job that I waited over a month for. I paid $200 for the coat and $150 for this "Work". I didn't take it back and complain, I figured this is the work they do and didn't want to wait weeks again to wear a football jacket when the season is about over. I know how to sew (Thanks grandma) so I will take the $150 loss and just do all the work all over myself. So maybe I got a bad day job, I don't know...but I am throwing this out there to all. If it happened to me with my prize item..I would think hard about giving them your item. I am adding pictures of rivet heads, holes in jacket and zipper and stitching.

    This is my experience with Just Sew. When I received my…read moredresses, the "seamstress" had placed pins in all four new dresses creating holes and tearing the fabric. The hems were also misaligned. When I addressed these issues with the owner he was very rude. Insisted they could "steam" the holes out. When asked why they had pinned sticky notes onto the front of the dresses (creating holes) the response was "you know very well why" No. I do not know why a person hired to alter a dress would deliberately damage the fabric. I am posting photos of the dresses I received and the damage that was caused by this store. Very disappointing.

    I had a disappointing experience here with the new ownership. I went to pick up my leggings after…read morealterations and paid, but before leaving I noticed the threading had been done incorrectly. I brought it to the owner's attention immediately and was told they would fix it. I then had to wait around for about 20 minutes, only to be told they still needed more time and that I would have to come back the next day. While I am waiting, I am hearing the owner get defensive with another patron regarding black spots on her white dress that were not there when she dropped the dress off. The lack of accountability for the inconvenience was frustrating. When picking my leggings up for the second time, I asked if there could be any sort of partial refund or discount since the work had not been done correctly the first time that I had to point out, and required multiple trips, but she refused and got quite defensive at me, similar to the day before with another patron. In the end, the issue may have been corrected, but the overall customer service experience was poor. I will not be returning.
