I took it in to be tailored as it was a bit over sized. When told that wasn't something he wanted to tackle.. I asked to have a zipper installed as I am a disabled vet and had problems with the original snaps... long story short he removed my snaps (The zipper was behind so no need) installed fake "Rivets" and didn't even seat/secure them with a tool..just pushed them in "Plugged" the hole with them. Well I lost two of them the first night I wore it. I found them on the floor. I ordered a tool to see if I could seat them, but I bought cheap wrong dies that wouldn't work. The second night worn, the zipper tore loose from the hand stitch. All in all this was beyond a shoddy rushed job that I waited over a month for. I paid $200 for the coat and $150 for this "Work". I didn't take it back and complain, I figured this is the work they do and didn't want to wait weeks again to wear a football jacket when the season is about over. I know how to sew (Thanks grandma) so I will take the $150 loss and just do all the work all over myself. So maybe I got a bad day job, I don't know...but I am throwing this out there to all. If it happened to me with my prize item..I would think hard about giving them your item. I am adding pictures of rivet heads, holes in jacket and zipper and stitching.

The hems were also misaligned. When I addressed these issues with the owner he was very rude. Insisted they could "steam" the holes out. When asked why they had pinned sticky notes onto the front of the dresses (creating holes) the response was "you know very well why" No. I do not know why a person hired to alter a dress would deliberately damage the fabric. When picking my leggings up for the second time, I asked if there could be any sort of partial refund or discount since the work had not been done correctly the first time that I had to point out, and required multiple trips, but she refused and got quite defensive at me, similar to the day before with another patron. The lady in charge repeatedly raised her voice and was verbally disrespectful. When I tried to decline her services due to the steep up charge, she became offended and did not want to grant me a refund. She said that I took time away from her doing other work even though I am a customer just like everyone else and I would technically be bringing her business. I even wanted to have my dress altered by them but after this experience I would not recommend this establishment to anyone. I was honestly very shocked by the treatment that I received.
