I cannot say enough great things about Lily Ann Cabinets. My husband and I just purchased our first home and were looking to install new cabinets for one wall in our kitchen. We planned to take advantage of the 4th of July sales, but unfortunately the line I loved at LAC wasn't included, so I was about to go with another vendor. Then I received a text from Lily after submitting for a quote. I responded explaining the situation, and she immediately said, "no problem, we will price match." At first I honestly thought I might be texting with a bot, but it turned out to be Lily herself, the daughter of the owners. In a bit of a panic about missing the other sale and not having anything locked in, I called and spoke with her brother. He stayed on the phone with me for over 30 minutes, walking through my entire order and making sure I had everything I needed. I was blown away by the level of service. Maybe I'm a bit jaded living in LA, but this felt truly above and beyond. It's rare to find a company that is this responsive, personal, and genuinely cares. I also love that this is a family-run business. It makes such a difference, and I much prefer supporting companies like this over big corporations that often lack customer service. It really shows in how they treat their customers. We are so excited for our cabinets to arrive and already look forward to placing more orders as we continue fixing up our new home. I would like to express my appreciation for everything that Richard Westgate did for us to retrofit our old built in kitchen cabinets with new RTA cabinets. He was extremely patient and very knowledgeable of the products that we were looking for. On the first call, he produced a 3D model, based on what I had selected and designed, emailed it to me immediately and it was exactly what we wanted. On the second call, he advised me on a few other items to complete the list for our project. I purchased a flipped home where these cabinets had been installed. they were put about 1-2 months before I bought the home. within 3 months, we noticed a cracking pattern along the sides of the cabinets and contacted Lily Ann. customer service was unpleasant and difficult to work with. initially they called the flipper rather than me several times though I gave my contact info to update the warranty. they did agree to ship new panels, however were sure to blame the installation crew for this issue (not sure how this patterning could have happened during install, it's ALL over mutliple panels). They did not agree to pay for the installation so that was a personal cost for us. Now, 9 months later, multiple of the cabinet doors have cracking and peeling away of the laminate coat, in areas that aren't touched in the decorative center of the cabinet so again, it wouldn't have been improper installation and it's not wear and tear as that area isn't touched. These cabinets are garbage and we will be replacing them, certainly not with Lily Ann cabinets. These are cheap, garbage cabinets that only rushes home flippers would buy. read more

I have ordered from Lily Ann Cabinets a couple of times from small to big projects. I like the quality and easy of construction. My chief complaint is on the order processing, delivery and responses from the company, i.e. Service after the sale. My most recent order was for a large kitchen and bathroom set of cabinets. As you can imagine, one works on the design for several weeks and I had compared this to the catalogue and sent appropriately scaled drawings to Lily Ann complete with notes for installation. They in-turn provided a design packet with a great 3D and 2D rendering of the design. It was very impressive. I refined the cabinet drawings with minor issues discovered during the general renovation phase. All was still good. Working with the Lily Ann sales rep, we discussed an order date based on their turn around time of 3-4 days, so the cabinets would be delivered by their need date and I would not be trying to store an entire kitchen and bathroom on a construction site. The sales rep recommended I delay the ordering by a week, which I did. Once the order was placed, I heard nothing - although, Lily Ann happily charged my credit card. 12 days go by and still no shipping information and people at the company know nothing when I call to enquire. Eventually, I make some headway and now the shipment has to be expedited to prevent the project falling farther behind schedule. They did ship out but only a partial shipment, while leading me to believe it would be a full shipment. Installing half of the kitchen cabinets is not the good way to go if one wants the cabinets to line up properly. Also, I prefer to install the wall-mounts first because it make the installation easier when one does not have to lean over the base cabinets. All-in-all a very ho-hum, poor experience. There is no real expense involved at improving customer experience with a sales and service team that is already in place. They just have to care and take ownership of a shipment, which Lily Ann does NOT do very well at all. Tip for consumers: Lily Ann is cost effective but has extremely poor service and a decent quality product. Inventory your delivery closely as not all cabinets are shipped at once. We purchased an entire kitchen and bathroom of white shaker cabinets 4 years ago. While the shipping was decent and assembly was easy, the cabinets are trash. Within a year the doors showed extreme signs of wear. Several have started splitting and cracking. For solid wood cabinets these have zero durability. I contacted Lisa Decker because she was highly recommended by a friend, who installed cabinets in several properties. I loved my friend's kitchen and was able to find several products on the website that looked good and seemed to be competitively priced. I met with Lisa at the Largo, FL location and immediately fell in love with York Driftwood line. Lisa helped me to refine the design. I requested for the cabinets to be delivered assembled, and all 19 cabinets were assembled and delivered in record time of less then 10 days. My kitchen installer was very pleased with the quality and how well everything fit together. It took about 24 hours for two people to complete the installation including cabinet pulls. All cabinets came with plenty of hardware. The only drawback I could see is that the shelves in the cabinets were impossible to re-position after you installed them once - this was due to the type of clips supplied with the cabinets. Had I thought about it, I would have bought different clips in a hardware store. Bottom line: these cabinets are the best quality for the price. Spent a lot of money on our cabinets . Cabinets were warped. Miscolored. Paid for Mulan glass windows and got clear glass. Missing several cabinets and light components. Talk to the owner and he said hed make it right. 3 weeks later still no replacement cabinets or ones missing or partial refund. Darryl M and Nicka V are just stringing me along till I realise their not gona do anything. Weve had to pay our contractor more $ to spend extra time to struggle to put together what we have otherwise it's a junked order. I would not recommend them to anyone. These cabinets are made and shipped from Malaysia which they dont tell you that, which explains why they were warped. Also the backs are not even and all of them.are off 1/4 inch. Our experience with Lily Ann has been nothing but a nightmare. We placed an order for $3,800 on 09/01. It was a larger purchase for us & became an even larger purchase when my ACH information was run 3x. I didn't realize this occurred & only became aware when I got "PER SALES REP THIS ORDER IS TO BE CANCELLED, THANKS -IRMA." I checked my bank account & what a wonderful surprise that was! I contacted my salesperson (Darryl M) multiple times. I've still never heard back from Darryl... 30 days later. After e-mailing both Irma and Darryl together... on both 09/05 and 09/08 I finally got an update from Irma that simply said "THE WAREHOUSE IS WORKING ON THIS ORDER STILL. ONCE THEY COMPLETE IT WE WILL SEND TRACKING INFORMATION TO THE EMAIL ON FILE." So, we continued to ask - "When are you reversing the charges?" I eventually got all three charges reversed by my bank on my side because I never got Lily Ann to do it. I even had a FOURTH payment pop up as they retried (successfully) to take the money back. On 09/21 (20 days after I had the issue) I get an automated sales e-mail from Darryl with a subject line of "What can we do to earn your business?" The e-mail reads "Hello BreAnne, At Lily Ann Cabinets, our goal isn't just to meet customer expectations but exceed them." I almost fell off my chair laughing. So, I e-mailed Darryl back. "Hi Darryl, Can you tell me when our order will ship? Just an FYI - I had another payment go through from your company. It sounds like it was a 2nd attempt for one of the duplicate orders from the 1st. I've worked my with my bank to get the orders reversed and just this week was able to have this done. It sounds like nothing was done on the vendor side so I'm not quite sure what happened and why this was never fixed. Can you verify there will be no other attempts from Lily Ann to take money out of my account?" No response, but he did pass my e-mail off to Marci who responded to me on the 22nd with "Hello BreAnne, I just wanted to reach out regarding your refunds/reversals. I had initiated a reversal for 2 of the duplicate charges but while the bank was processing that they said you had put stop payments on the charges. I show there were 2 returns to you already. Please let me know if you have any questions. " Well, yes, 22 days later I've already asked my bank to stop the payments and reverse the charges.... So I let her know I was informing them because it wasn't handled in the first place & the communication was sincerely lacking. Cut to now, 30 days after we first placed the order. We received the order. Some cabinets are the wrong color, some are cut, there are dents, scratches, crooked panel insets, cabinets that have obvious damage that was poorly covered up with a touch up kit - it's an absolute s*hitshow. I called Lily Ann and the woman I spoke to said "I know what's wrong with your order - it looks like you're missing 2 items." I told her I had only opened 2 boxes so far so I'm pretty surprised they knew boxes were missing and hadn't contacted me to tell me. I was then told to open all the boxes and write down the damages and e-mail it to replacements@lilyann.com. So, I do that (a really fun task when it's raining and you have no other place to unload 1400 lbs of cabinets other than the driveway!). We have 10 damaged or wrong color cabinets & 2 missing items. I then, after trying to take photos of everything, go to file a claim as directed and I can't get their website to upload my photos. Since then, I've contacted them via e-mail, called and left a message through their website chat. I've also posted on their social media (my post was hidden on their timeline) and now on their FB post. I have yet to hear from anyone. Do yourself a favor and don't use Lily Ann. Accidents happen. A failure at offering great service requires intent. Not a single person has taken ownership of any of our issues. If that had happened, I wouldn't be bothered in the slightest. read more

Lily Ann Cabinets is the second place where I've purchased RTA cabinets, and I'm much more satisfied with them than the other vendor. I expect to use Lily Ann Cabinets on my next house. What's better about Lily Ann? Construction details, more options. Like the other RTA vendor Lily Ann's cabinets come unassembled. You can pay extra for them to do the assembly but I didn't chose that option. Both have cabinets with hardwood faces and plywood sides. No particle board or other 'engineered' wood products. The drawers from both were dovetailed but the Lily Ann dovetails fit better and the drawer bottoms are thicker. Shelves are thicker too. Unlike the other cabinets where the joints are just dado'ed the joints here are mostly dovetailed so you run your glue and slide the pieces together rather than relying on plastic blocks and staples to hold the assembly together until the glue dries. A few joints are held together with screws when the angle of the joint won't accommodate a dovetail as well. Lily Ann also offered a wider range of cabinet configurations so I was able to do a great job of fitting them to m space. The shipment was quicker than the other guys, although there was a bit of damage because some of the pieces weren't packed very well. The replacements arrived quickly and they were packed very, very well. read more

I was expecting a delivery in July and than the nightmare started working with this company. The order delivered in July was full of issues; missing components, missing cabinets, wrong dimensions etc . 4 months down the line and multiple attempts to fix, I still do not have the hardware correct. The latest attempt to correct the issues, ended up in the company sending a cabinet that had white sides and grey face. I have no end in sight, the owner did not even apologize and seems to have no regrets.At this point, my entire kitchen project is at the mercy of this company. @Bill, if you are reading this, my humble request is kindly do not take your customers for granted and understand that behind every project is somebody's hard earned money getting used on their dream home. I would not recommend anyone to Lily Ann Cabinets. We worked with an incompetent designer in the Temperance location. I received my cabinets and when unboxing we found each assembled cabinet to have dings, gauges and imperfections. Our assembled cabinets which we paid extra for do not have accessories in place. Our kitchen dimensions were given to our designer, the pantry cabinet that was a pivotal part of the layout did not fit, the pantry needed to be altered to fit in the space. This company has greatly disappointed me this time around!!! No one wants to really help the customer. They will take a call and pass you on to someone else and only tell you what you want to hear. If they are that busy and cannot provide good customer service then they should hire new people. This is not how you do business. And just because things are good now with sales it is important to have good customer service to keep your loyal customers when times get hard again! An order was placed on 12/2 with a longer than expected ship date of 4 weeks, and arrived 6 + weeks later. In the meantime of processing my order they ran out of the cabinet I ordered and had to change cabinets, which ended up being an upgraded cabinet but still inconvenient for the delay in what I ordered. When the cabinets arrived, one of the faces for a vanity cabinet was completely missing and unable to assemble. After several phone calls, emails, and texts (even left a voice message for the owner Bill), a man finally called me to tell me that they knew about the replacement and it would go out the next day. Now a full week later, the replacement has not been received and when I reached out to the replacement department their response was, " I do apologize but when we say this has been processed that does not mean that it is completed. That means that the replacement order has been written up and that it is in the works to be completed. I again apologize for the inconvenience." That is not what I was told over the phone. I am extremely frustrated with the customer service of this company. Beware of these inconveniences! read more

We recently purchased $5,000 worth of RTA White Shaker Elite cabinets. On delivery there were no signs of outer damage. Unfortunately when we started to assemble a couple a weeks after delivery, we were super disappointed regards the quality. Three cabinets had warped boxes which made assembly almost impossible (and frustrating). Two cabinets were scratched on the face side. Two other cabinets were scratched and marked on the sides that show. One cabinet was missing a vital installation slot altogether. Two wall cabinets have completely different finishes/shelves inside (I wish this review site would enable photos). Each base cabinet also a slightly different color interior finish. One 84" utility cabinet is marked up and damaged on the inside. Two 'decorative' end pieces are both a 1/4" wider than the actual frame and while this might work okay for a base cabinet, it doesn't work for a wall cabinet (since it has to be installed flush to the wall). Would have been great if this was pointed out (anywhere) on their web site. We are handy folk and with a lot of time, ingenuity and various power tools (and touch up paint), managed to fix or hide most of the various manufacturing/quality faults and eventually get the cabinets assembled. On this project, we had planned to move forward with purchasing kitchen and bathroom(s) cabinetry from Lily Ann, but are blown away and super disappointed by how poor their QC and Customer Service is. We purchased from them based on all the positive reviews and now can't believe they are all legit. We called (and were told someone would call us back) and emailed them about our 'bad' experience but nobody ever bothered to follow up. read more

Bottom line - extremely late delivery and no updates provided along the way. Instructions for cabinets are lacking, and delivery drivers try to sell you more products when they deliver. Customer service needs to see some big improvements. Most reviews for LilyAnn seem to be pretty polarizing, either great quick service, or none at all. Unfortunately, my experience with them was no service at all. I ordered the madison toffee cabinets (5 bases and 6 wall cabinets). I purposely ordered from them due to their shipping times (1-14 business days) and the mainly good reviews I saw. The first thing that happened was I never received a link to the order. I created an account and tried to access my order, but was not able to. So I emailed them for an update which they replied that the cabinets were processing. Fast forward 2 weeks from the order and I still had not received any updates on shipping. I emailed multiple times and still received no answer. I called multiple times and was never given a straight answer until they finally said that some items were back ordered and would be shipping out at the end of the week (almost 3 weeks after my order was placed). One week from when they were supposed to be shipped, part of my order arrived (this is 4 weeks after my order), as supposedly 3 cabinets were still being backordered. They arrived after the truck driver canceled once and then moved the delivery time another time, resulting in someone having to be at the house for 2 full days. As soon as the driver was out of the truck, he tried to upsell my wife on all sorts of other kitchen products, which in my opinion is not appropriate for a delivery. As I write this, it has been 5 weeks since my order, and supposedly the remaining 3 cabinets will be shipping today via freight, so it will probably take a total of 6 weeks to get all my items. It seems like they are a decent company most of the time, but when they fail they fail very badly. Extremely unprofessional and horrible customer service as it relates to order delivery time and updates. And to top it off, the instructions for the cabinets were missing half the steps. We had a wonderful experience with Lily Ann, even though one pantry cabinet did not arrive with the initial shipment. It was quickly resent by Hans before we even had all the cabinets assembled. My husband is a retired builder and we had always used custom made cabinets in our homes. However, our retirement home in Florida had very dated Formica cabinets that screamed 1990's. We decided to do our own demolition and assemble our own cabinets. I actually did the lion's share of the assembly, just dragging my hubby off the sofa for the really large cabinets. Not many spacers were needed, none in the bathrooms or laundry room. We had no problem hanging them and we are both in our seventies! We used two "fake" doors with handles on the blank side of our island and it is gorgeous! I love the soft close feature, no banging cabinet doors any longer. I had to replace some minor broken pieces (a rail and a couple of the plastic quiet drawer closers) after four years and they called me immediately after I sent an email in the evening and just asked for pics of the broken parts and offered to replace them for free. I am doing some more remodeling and will definitely use Lily Ann. The quality for the price is simply amazing! And their solid wood cabinets do not fade or react to repeated cleaning. I had a number of issues with my order starting with a lost shipment, then a delayed and incorrect replacement, followed by a damaged replacement. The initial shipment loss was not the fault of LilyAnn, but the customer service, timeliness, and the fact that I had to constantly call and email them in order to get anything to happen was the reason for this review. Not only that but I pushed to get a refund due to the damage and delays, and then had to wait another 3+ weeks to get that. Lily Ann is a super great value!!! I have purchased cabinets from national retailers on several different occasions. every time i purchased very high-end products. My wife to be had urged me to redo a portion of our kitchen so i agreed. I found Lily Ann Cabinets online, Lily Ann has a warehouse and showroom in Largo FL. about 30 minutes from my house. I called and talked to Max. Then i went over to see Max, Kile and the guys there that put together the cabinets. Absolutely everyone was great to work with!!!! Everyone went out of their way to be helpful and provide me with all the information that i requested. I am a very obsessive compulsive and detail oriented person. I put the cabinets together with one of my guys that helps around the house. No Problem, they went right together and are super sturdy and absolutely beautiful!! The Lily Ann cabinets are super nice ALL WOOD / Dove Tailed Drawers / The Lily Ann cabinets are every bit as nice as cabinets that cost 3 or 4 times as much. The best part of my entire Lily Ann experience was the great people that helped me out. The icing on the cake is that the Cabinets. They are absolutely top notch quality!! For a fraction of the price of those retail stores and they are so close, that i can drive over and pick up my cabinets in about an hour and be back home putting them together. They came highly recommend so I was excited to work with them...I contacted them during a sale since we are rebuilding from Harvey and could use a break. Instantly we were placed in the hands of a designer who was on vacation through out the sale so they would not honor the sale prices. After many weeks we finally got a quote that didn't include things like hardware we requested but we didn't want to lose our contractors so we decided to go with it. Then Courtney informed us the 2 week delivery actually meant 14 business days to pull our order and then at least another week to ship so we were looking at minimum a month before they would get them here. It's been a nightmare and the worst part of trying to rebuild our lives...because we went with them instead of another company we are at the point of buying crappy pre made cabinets or lose our contractors for good. read more

I was at first skeptical to purchase cabinets online, but it turned out to be a good decision. Not only were they affordable priced, but they were beautiful. There was only one issue with the shipment; we received the wrong hood range.
