Would not recommend renting here. If I could give this place no stars, I would. I've had a broken…read moredoor for a year and have not been able to have it replaced. It has gotten progressively worse. As I write this, my door does not close properly and I have to shove the door closed and force lock it. The previous manager, Rusty, was in the process of making River Gardens a great place to live. Unfortunately they decided to let her go and the entire complex went downhill. The trash bins are littered with trash, diapers, food, beds, etc; The day before July 4th before I went out to work, someone decided to vomit all over my stairs and throw an empty Jim Beam bottle in my neighbors bush in front of her apartment. The tenants leave beds outside on their patios, children run around with no supervision, there's graffiti on some of the structures here, our once beautiful grass field is now dirt and weeds while tenants use it for their dogs, which in turn causes the children to track feces all over the sidewalks. I have numerous problems with my apartment and have had no action taken. We do not have yearly inspections no more. Our fire extinguishers are expired outside of our homes, the wiring outside of my apartment is open to weather damage and children that decide to touch it, our fire alarms haven't been tested/replaced in over a year. Stay away from here. If our current company doesn't remedy these problems and bring life back to this complex, there is literally no hope for this place.

Apartment I had got a year was nice, people complain the price is high but for a 2 bedroom with how big it is I thought the price is fair. Only negative thing is I lived upstairs so in the summer the ac can't keep up. Overall the workers are nice and helpful, maintenance is on top of their stuff, I just moved to Texas but if for some random reason I move back here I'll stay back at these apartments for sure.

Pros: - Beautifully Landscaped…read more- Up to 4' pool, Jacuzzi, BBQ, Outdoor Fireplace. - Palm Trees Nicely Placed throughout the area. - Residents are polite and quiet. - Minute drive to Lake Havasu. - 10 minute slight downhill bike ride to the lake. - Clean and well-maintained. Cons: - Not much guest parking & if found, very compact spaces. Overall, I would recommend this complex to everyone. Enjoy!
