The owner is very friendly and helpful. Not only does she curate her shop, but I feel like she takes the time to get to know the folks who come into her shop and make them feel like a part of a community. The staff has always been patient and willing to take out multiple pieces of jewelry from their cases even when I'm taking a long time to decide. I think a LOT when I shop, and I appreciate that I don't feel rushed to make a decision and leave. Shopping should be an experience: part art, part curiosity, and a dash of serendipity. The employees are from all walks of life and strive to assist customers in a courteous manner on the retail floor. The donation receiving area is manned by those who can brave cold temperatures and physical labor this time of year. These strong souls at this location are our community neighbors and are appreciated by many of us in the community for what they do. In a synergistic manner, their efforts are needed by a community of buyers for products used for personal use, business livelihoods and charitable causes. We rely upon them for their products and services to reach out to others in need in ways never seen or mentioned. In turn, we the customers and business owners are happy to donate goods to the store and it's causes as well as keeping people there employed. Some of us are very grateful to the crew at Goodwill, the blessings branch outward in many directions untold, unseen. As someone told me this holiday season, "God loves you."
