Their staff is incompetent, rude and very, very slow to respond. Fortunately I kept my work laptop covered under my personal Geek Squad account. I had an urgent issue for which i submitted a request. When I received no response after 2 hours I connected with Geek Squad where the problem was fixed. Three hours later (5 hours after I called their Help Desk) a GK rep called me back. She was completely unfazed when I told her Geek Squad had already fixed it. Last week they were sent two laptops to set up for new employees. They installed the wrong software and forgot to install software so we, the client, are now doing it ourselves. This company does not have the first clue about what constitutes good customer service. Thank you both! I took CPR, AED & First Aid for professional certification. They were informative classes that provided hands-on training using manikins which light up to indicate proper positioning of hands. Materials were also provided for study reviews and knowledge tests. It's best to get the trio package cuz it discounts the cost for the First Aid portion. All three will take up about 4 hours of your time. These live courses are approved by American Heart Association and you get a printable certification issued with a validated number. If you had thought of taking these lifesaving courses, but somehow never did, please go! Temple CPR offers free community courses every 1st Wednesday monthly.
