I had a terrible experience at Lilly Nails and honestly regret going. I only went there because it was my last option and I leave for vacation tomorrow, but I wish I would have just skipped it completely. I went in for a simple eyebrow service and the technician removed way too much hair. My eyebrows are now uneven and much thinner than I asked for. When I told her she took too much off, she just said there was "nothing she could do about it," which was extremely frustrating. No apology, no attempt to fix it, nothing. On top of that, the place did not feel clean at all. There were gnat flies flying around and there was a horrible trash smell that literally made me gag while sitting there. It was very uncomfortable and not the kind of environment you expect when you're paying for a service. Now I'm stuck going on vacation with messed up eyebrows because of their mistake. I would not recommend Lilly Nails to anyone. read more

I had such a great experience! I got a pedicure and when I tell you, I was falling asleep in the chair I just felt soo relaxed. Me and my friends nails were both bleeding when we left. These ladies gave us so many terrible looks each time we asked or requested something. One worker was doing my nails, grabbed a tissue out of her pocket and blew her nose and put the tissue back and continued doing my nails. Will not be going back. read more

Such a cute little place and so tranquil! They do such a great job on the nails and they last so long! It seems like a hole in the wall, but when you go in it's like a whole different world. Everyone is so friendly and do their job so well! I definitely recommend this place. read more

I had to change my nail idea because she was not able to do what I wanted. I got my nails,feet, and eyebrows done. The eyebrows were okay I had to go over them when I got home. The nails broke not even a week later. My toenail polish was messed up before I left the shop and she wouldn't even fix it. She sat me to the side to attend to another customer. While working on that customer she began arguing with another customer. I found this place on yelp because I'm not from here and I do not know any other places but just like what y'all are probably gonna do I ignored the bad reviews. Now look at me gotta go spend more money somewhere else to get what I want. read more

Traveled for a family function, we were all getting nails done together . they knew in advance we were coming yet only had 2 people taking care of 8. My manicure lasted 2 days, was very rushed, no lotion rub no massage just clip a cuticle and slap polish on. Peels right off. Save your money and go elsewhere. read more

Extremely disappointed with this Lily's. I stopped in for a gel manicure and was told it could be done in 45 minutes - noting my current gel needed removing. She had me sitting for 30 minutes "soaking"my nails. I ran out of time and needed her to simply finish taking off the polish which she said she'd do and I could come back to finish my nails and pay. Then she decided to charge $8 when she's finally removed the polish. My nails looked horrible - acetone bleached with no cuticle oil or anything. I've never been charged $8 for removal - much less for failing to meet the time requirements I asked for before beginning. Needless to say, I never plan on returning after that lack of customer service and failure on her part to correctly ATTEMPT to address my concerns. read more

I don't believe the negative review is completely accurate. Firstly, the owner would never yell at any of her customers. My wife gets gel, and Gel polish is definitely not for everyone. It doesn't last as long for some as it does for others. Anyone that gets gel would know this. I love this shop .. and im a guy. I get my pedicures done here and I must say I've never felt more comfortable anywhere else. They don't make me feel "unmanly" like other places do. The workers are very friendly, detailed, and they give awesome massages. So EVERYONE should go here. The shop is always clean and the price is reasonable for the location. Also, the shop is slow because they opened the shop years after the competing salons in the area and not many people are willing to try them out. For this very reason, people should be kind and give them a hand not be hateful and mean. I've never seen an unhappy customer in the shop. In fact, everyone leaves with a huge smile saying "can't wait to see you next time!" Lastly, I know lots of people that exaggerate a situation to make their point as they are being spiteful and rude (not pointing fingers here). So please, readers, don't believe in their lies. AVOID THIS PLACE. Went and got a gel manicure last week. After four days, the polish was peeling and chipped, and one nail didn't have any polish left. I'm no newbie to gel nails, and I knew this was completely unacceptable. Returned to the salon and asked to either have my nails redone or receive a refund. The owner yelled at me (in front of her other customers), accused me of lying, and said that I "peeled off polish to get new manicure". Yeahhh, because that's totally worth going through all that trouble. Obviously other people have issues with Lily's, because the salon was almost completely empty, and should have been packed with "after work" customers. Disgusting and rude.
