Went for a work dinner. Lots of nice spaces to hold meetings. Service was quick and refilled water promptly. Apps were amazing and entrees came out quickly. Lots of dessert options as well- overall everything tasted great and lots of options for every palette.

This place decor is beautiful. It was packed on a Thursday evening. They have great appetizers to choose from such as the fried calamari, the zucchini chips, and the grilled octopus. The Bronzino lacked flavor. My colleagues ordered the lamb chops and said they enjoyed it. The walnut cake was my favorite dessert.

This is a classy, large, expensive Greek restaurant with valet parking on Northern Blvd. in Roslyn. Reservations were necessary the four or five times we've been there and yesterday it was Mothers Day. They put out a little pita and two little dips: very plain pasty humus and even blander babaganoush. My wife and son each ordered crab cake and white lima beans appetizers, but the kitchen put them on the same plate. They both agreed it was delicious and that it was smart they got two orders of crab cake ($32 each) because there wasn't enough for two adults to split one crab cake, which was about the size of two stacked knock hockey pucks. They both ordered the halibut ($46 each), but I got the bargain swordfish ($45). All of us agreed the fish dishes were top quality, very well prepared including the accompanying veggies. I can't name another restaurant that prepares fish better. Two out of the three desserts were winners: my pistachio cake ("portokalopita") and the "chocolatina" (chocolate cake filled with hot fudge ("volcano"), etc. The loser was "milopita" (apple cake), which wasn't cake at all, but more like a flatbread with powdered sugar and a few super thin slices of overcooked, tasteless green apple. The bus boys were attentive, but the waiter was snippy and didn't seem to have time for us. The bill for the three of us with tip was over $300 and the only drink we ordered was my wife's tea.

Beautiful place located in Roslyn, this is an upscale place with the prices to match, the service was excellent, an attentive staff with good suggestions, the food was very good, they started with the complementary pita bread with an excellent side of Hummus , and we ordered for appetizers the Octopus and the Fried Calamari, they were both delicious and perfectly cooked, our main course was the Fabri Fish for two, and the Salmon, and a dide of Lemon Potatoes. Both were cooked very well, the flavors were good, and the potatoes were very tasty. We finished with the Molten Chocolate and a Yogurt. Delicious.

Loved my brunch experience at Limani Roslyn! The sushi, shrimp cocktail, and lobster were absolute highlights. The tiramisu was amazing! The staff were super attentive and made sure everything was perfect. They kept refilling our waters and asking if we were doing alright. They didn't rush us at all. The restaurant itself is gorgeous - plenty of space and tons of natural light. They have valet service so bring some cash for tip money. However, I had to give it a 4 stars out of 5 because my friends and I thought it was strange how it was a Hampton Water event and didn't include a complimentary glass. We did end up buying the Hampton Water Bubbly because it was delicious after we tried a sample from their brand ambassador. But, we were offered 1 complimentary glass of either Bellini (the Bellini was delicious), Bloody Mary, or Mimosa which was included in the brunch $80 price. Oh and they included an 18% gratuity service charge to the check for the 3 of us.

Food is delicious, they also have outdoor dining. Our server was great. They also have a large selection of wine. I am looking forward to return for the brunch

Great meal last night - Saturday night, winter-time. Very crowded. Sat in the bar area, could have waited for a table beyond our reservation time, but whatever. Got to sit in Nestor's section which is always a treat. Swordfish was next-level. Best I've had here.

I had a decent lunch at Limani prior to a business meeting. The atmosphere is pretty and welcoming where the servers were very attentive for lunch. The salmon kebab with fries was light and cooked perfectly. The deconstructed baklava was just ok (prefer traditional baklava). I would easily come back, as they weren't busy on a Wed afternoon and I could actually plug my computer in, take calls, and get some work done.

A beautiful Mediterranean restaurant located in Roslyn, about a block away from the Americana Manhasset Mall. The place has free valet parking which often gets filled up on Fridays and Saturdays for dinner in which you would need to find your own street parking. I came here to celebrate a birthday and we did family style. First, they give complimentary Pita bread in a basket as well as hummus dip which is very good. Next, we ordered appetizers to share: the best and crispiest fried calamari I think which goes amazingly with the green sauce, a stack of Limani Chips that compose of zucchini and egg plants both of which I don't usually like but taste great with the white sauce, and grilled octopus which is deliciously made with a variety of vegetables. For the main entree, we shared a lobster pasta and two side orders of lemon potatoes. The lobster shell is placed on the plate just for aesthetics as all the meat is already placed inside the pasta. The pasta is not dry at all. It consists of garlic and white wine. I love when it first comes out hot and steamy. The Lemon potatoes are one of my favorites. They are seasoned with olive oil and lemon juice - makes you want to keep eating it. Lastly, for dessert I ordered the Greek Yogurt which tastes splendid with the honey, berry compote, some kind of fruit, and some nut crumbles. I made a reservation a week prior on OpenTable for a birthday celebration and I added a note to put Happy Birthday on the dessert. But I was disappointed to find that they missed my note completely. In fact, the table next to us actually had "Happy Birthday" sprinkled onto their plate along with a candle. Will definitely walk up to the waiter next time to plant the surprise for the next person I celebrate with!

I went here for lunch. Had the lunch special. Food and drinks were. ok. Service was mediocre. The place itself was beautiful inside. They had parking which is always a plus. Will try one more time but for dinner. I actually went to the other location in Woodbury and the service was much better (will write a review on that as well )

We were there yesterday for a friend's birthday. They sat us down all the way in a congested corner despite having plenty of tables empty around us. Not only that, they sat another couple right next to us to make things worse. Multiple times my friend was pushed by the waiters while they passed through the congested space between the chairs. Even though they apologized, they kept on repeating it. By the behavior of the staff it was quite obvious that they favored other customers than us considering that the couple and our group were placed in a corner. We were pretty much segregated away from others. I have never experienced this kind of neglect and discrimination at a restaurant before. The same group of my friends have dined out at multiple restaurants. And an upscale restaurant to have such a culture is quite disheartening. Needless to say, we will never return and will advise everyone we know not to return as we may not be good enough to fit into the standards of Limani's other patrons. Food overall was ok. My salmon was decent. But we should have brought along a magnifying glass to find the lobster because it was almost nonexistent in the lobster pasta. The desserts were also nothing special. By giving them two stars, I'm being very generous!

Are they still have the Sunday brunch?

    Yes they do!

    Is there a dress code?

Place is nice, guess it depends on when you go and time. I'd say classy casual.

Is it wheelchair or walker accessible?

Yes, from what I recall there are no stairs or door sills to negotiate.

Is this a good place for single 30-something's to meet and mingle?

Probably not the best spot for that. I'd try Louie's in Port Washington (although different overall vibe), 388 in Albertson by the bar or Cafe Continental. Good luck!

Is it wheelchair accessible including restrooms?

    Yes

Is valeting your car mandatory? Do they have a private lot where you can park yourself?

Yes there isn't any parking besides Valet parking ... no street parking ...

We LITERALLY stood in front of the register for almost 10 minutes, while she greeted and helped EVERYONE around, on the side & behind us. An older jovial man finally greeted us and was apologetic and swift. If it wasn't for the long morning and afternoon we had, we would've taken our money elsewhere! It stayed busy and packed so get there early. They do try to be efficient when seating. Overall, we could give them another opportunity to see if the "selective service" by that 1 team member was a one-off! Street parking.

We would not have come back except we had plans with friends who wanted to meet here. So glad we did! My main complaint before was the acoustics. The renovation with added decor to dampen noise did the trick. I didn't even notice that the restaurant was full. We ordered different dishes and ate it family style so got to try a few different dishes. I didn't order so don't know the specific names but we shared a salad, a spicy calamari, egg yolk ravioli, black linguini with seafood, catfish, and a veal parm. I especially enjoyed the ravioli. The ambiance was warm and inviting, and every single person from the host to the bartender to our server and everyone in between played a part in making the night feel special. The attentiveness, professionalism, and genuine kindness did not go unnoticed, and it set the tone for the entire evening. We were first greeted with warm bread and olive oil, which was absolutely delightful and the perfect start. Our server, Paulino (I hope I'm spelling his name right), guided us through the menu with such care and knowledge, which made the experience even better. We started with the mussels Bianco and baked clams both were outstanding, easily a 9/10. Fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. For our entrées, we had the branzino and a pasta dish that was nothing short of amazing. The attention to detail like freshly cracked pepper added right at the table made everything feel elevated and thoughtfully done. To end the night, I mentioned that my mom had just passed her real estate exam and that we were celebrating her. They went above and beyond by bringing out an apple crostini with a candle, which was such a thoughtful and memorable touch. And yes, we devoured the entire thing. It was that good. Truly a 10000/10 moment. What made this experience even more meaningful is that it came after a long, stressful day at the ER. Walking into such warmth, care, and genuine hospitality meant more than I can put into words. Thank you again for the incredible service, attentiveness, and overall experience. I truly wish I could remember everyone's names because each person we encountered was a pleasure. Please let them know my mom and I are so grateful. The restaurant, Gatsby's Landing, draws its name from the romantic nostalgia of The Great Gatsby. Situated near the Long Island Sound and Roslyn Pond, the setting offered a beautiful waterfront ambiance. My wife opted for the Baby Roasted Beets Salad, Salmon, and Crème Brûlée, while I chose the Lobster Bisque, Squid Ink Tonnarelli, and Tiramisu. The menu highlights their commitment to fresh, organic, and locally sourced ingredients - a promise they certainly delivered on. The dishes were both delicious and generously portioned. It was clear the kitchen doesn't skimp on quality; for instance, the lobster bisque was loaded with tender lobster meat, the squid ink tonnarelli featured an abundance of blue crab, and the salmon was a substantial, thick-cut fillet. The chef clearly possesses a mastery of technique, knowing exactly how to pair garnishes and balance flavors in perfect harmony. Furthermore, the waitstaff was both diligent and courteous. We can see why this establishment is so popular--the combination of exceptional cuisine, attentive service, and the serene lake views is hard to beat. However, there is one area for improvement: the restaurant should consider replacing their current chipped plates with larger, more elegant dinnerware. High-quality presentation would better reflect the dignity and caliber of the food they serve.
