because I dealt with this location in addition to the original pick up location, I'm posting for…read morethis one as well as they helped me contact the original pick up location to work out in extension - they got nothing out of it as I did not pick up the car from them or drop it off, but they were beyond helpful. After a very bad bait and switch experience with autoEurope, I ended up renting a car through Europcar. They were outstanding from start to finish. The car was fabulous quality, in great shape, I got a free navigation system, and when I decided to add extra days to my rental, the additional fee for an extra week with less money than what I paid for the first week. For 2 1/2 week rental I paid $350 and I was able to pick it up and drop it off at different locations. very easy to deal with excellent customer service and truly no hidden fees unlike auto Europe which charges pick up fees use fees and drop off fees that more than triple the price. Go with these guys!!!
