The car was ready at the time specified, and they didn't charge me for any made up extras or parts/services I didn't need. The price was less than half of what the local main dealership was charging, and they also stamped my service history. I haven't had my car checked anywhere else since the service, so can't 100% confirm the quality of the work, but I haven't had any problems since.

They are really friendly way cheaper than BMW and even Halfords (just had to get my brakes fixed as apparently running over little old ladies is frowned upon). They even have a car washing service that is great value for money if like me you're too lazy to do it yourself. They don't just service BMW's so whatever car you have they can help and they've been there for years, so they aren't some fly by night dodgy mechanic. Big thumbs up.

They are really well priced so if they can a light bulb in your car you know it is not going to be really expensive but only a couple of pounds. Also they are open half day on a Saturday with is really good so if you don't have time to go there in the week then go on Saturday morning.
