Normally the greens fee rate is $40, which is fair, but I actually got to play it for $20 with my collegegolfpass, which let's me get the 50% discount each time I play. Always in great condition. If this course was in the southern part of Maine it would be rated as one of the best. A must play. Sunday and Wednesday have $45 18 holes golf, cart and lunch deal!!!!!
