One of my favorite pho restaurants. The restaurant is so clean and quiet. In the same restaurant is Teazona where you can order your favorite boba while you're dining in or can order it to go before you leave. It's so convenient and my kids love boba. Now the pho. It's the most authentic tasting pho here in town. It comes with all sorts of garnishes in the pho bowl but if you don't want it in there you can ask for it on the side. The noodles aren't your typical pho noodles you get when you go to the other pho restaurants in town. It's a little thicker and the broth has so much flavor. I've ordered it to go before and I appreciate that it comes in a reusable bowl container, where other places put your items in a foam container and you have to transfer it to a bowl. Let me start off by saying I love that they are combined with TeaZona. You get your Boba and pho fix all together! This was my first visit. When you get to the place there will be sign that says "Please wait to be seated." It seems it really just depends on the staff level. From what I encountered some staff will just tell you to sit anywhere others will let you know where to sit. The menu was simple. I had the spring rolls and chicken pho. The food was delicious. Definitely the broth tasted authentic. I been to a couple of pho places and I was surprised by the thickness of the noodles. It definitely worked well. If you love pho I think this is a good place. The place was clean and nice. The service was ok for me. I did see prior reviews that the service is a hit & miss. It's mainly due to to the fact the servers will take your order provide you the food and not come back to check on you. I think it's due to short staff as when I was there it was only 2 people but a full house. I recommend this place. I had ordered 1 kids chicken pho and 1 house special pho. For some reason the kids pho came with jalapeños which was totally unexpected but I was able to remove them. The chicken tasted really dry and not too much flavor in either the chicken or the chicken broth. The house special was good but it felt like it needed more salt, the broth tasted a bit bland. 4- Did very well for a Soft Opening. Place is huge. It has both outside and inside dining. When you walk in, you see their Boba Pub first. Then you turn left and someone will take down your name and seat you. Plenty of spaces like I said earlier. I love how CLEAN it is. There are only a handful of pho restaurants that are super clean and this was one of them. I like the simplicity of their menu. You want pho here...and that's what you get. Make sure if you don't them to place the garnish in the soup, tell them ahead. Service is good, BUT not sure why they do a mandatory 18% gratuity. Is it because we had 5 people? Not sure. I don't usually order pho at Vietnamese restaurants here in Fresno because they aren't good. Most of the time they are too watered down or the flavor isn't good. This place here was sooo good. It tastes just how we make it at home or better! I really liked the noodles and the meat was good too! It wasn't chewy and it wasn't too soft. I didn't eat all mine because my bowl was very filling. So, hooray I get to have leftovers tomorrow. The fried breadsticks were too oily for my liking. I think if they let all the oil drip out first before serving or keeping it in a container it would help with the oily taste. I really liked how they separated our veggies per person in each bowl. At other restaurants we always get maybe 3-4 steams of basil, a little bit of bean sprouts and jalapeños to share, which is never enough. I love lots of veggies in mine. The broth was really good, a slight saltier but still very good. I didn't have to add fish sauce or even hoisin sauce to it. This is my new favorite spot. The drive for me was definitely worth it! I can't wait to try their full menu! Customer service was excellent! Long and another server were really friendly and attentive. They checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed and wanted. They were busy working on taking orders from other tables, cleaning, bringing out the food etc. they really made a great team. I really appreciate the staff here. Being so busy I noticed that no one got ignored and they were on it for anything requested by the customers. They weren't standing around chit chatting. I finally tried this place after semi-frequenting the adjoining boba place, Teazona for years. I really wanted to try their Spicy 'n Sour Shrimp Pho. Unfortunately when we went to order we were informed they were out of all spicy 'n sour broth, which is about 1/3 of the pho menu. Instead, I got the Veggies Pho. It comes with a choice of beef, chicken or vegan broth. It's supposed to have fried tofu, broccoli, carrots, mushrooms and the various garnishes. When I got it I noticed it didn't have any tofu. I looked at the menu and photos on Yelp to make sure I didn't misread it. Had to track down the waiter and ask about the missing tofu. After a short wait I finally got my 4 whole cubes of tofu. xD I was also missing the mushrooms, but I didn't want to bother. Perhaps they're having produce supply issues? Most of my broccoli had small black spots, but I had to remove one piece in particular. Also noticed one of the basil leaves in my soup was dark and wilted. My veggies pho was pretty carrot heavy, but at least it had a bunch of broccoli and carrots so it wasn't lean on veggies. But I think without the mushrooms and tofu (came later and only 4 pieces) it's not balanced. You better like carrots and broccoli or the veggie pho isn't for you. I also got a Saigon Peach tea with boba. It was good. Overall I enjoyed my meal, but some things need improvement. read more

Rain in Fresno = Pho day. I've been to Teazona a few times and always made a mental note to come try out LimeNBasil. Finally got around to it today! Restaurant was big and clean. We were greeted and sat right away. Ordered two house special pho and of course boba. The menu stated that everything is added into the pho already (bean sprouts, basil, cilantro, onions, etc.) which seems to be an issue with the other reviews, but I didn't mind it. If you have a problem with that is just suggest asking for it on the side. Anyway, the boba & pho came out practically right away. No more than 5 mins after ordering. Broth was amazing! Perfectly balanced. I almost didn't season it at all because of how good it tasted on it own. My boyfriend said the same thing and said it was his favorite pho by far (beating out long time favorite Pho Paradise!). I appreciate the onions and thick noodles. The thin noodles usually bunch up and are hard to separate when I eat at other pho shops. It was also the perfect portion. Kept me full but didn't make me feel overly stuffed. A new place to my neighborhood. Great location in Pavilion West where shopping meets cuisine. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Their Pho is pretty good and one of best I've tried . Broth flavor was spot on and tasted authentic. You can always tell by the fat oil slick on the surface which is produced when the bones are boiled in the water. Other places may use powder and it's not the same. Meat was generous as well as the noodles. Plenty of Basil with green and white onions. Noodle was a little thicker than the thinner noodle I have seen at other Pho restaurants but still fresh and perfectly paired. I had the rare steak and meatballs which was delish. Staff were helpful and informative. I also tried their sister company that makes boba tea. Everything was great about my experience. Highly recommend! read more

Update on this review: I'm glad they decided to open for lunch again. Thank you. However, today they did not have thin noodles offered and it made the whole experience not as enjoyable. The flat noodles are broken and did not stay on fork. Please restock thin noodles to prepare for your customers as I'm sure more people would've preferred it. So a lot of the reviews here indicating not much substance in the spring rolls and they were right. They split the shrimps down the middle so it looks like a whole shrimp in the roll but they're close to paper thin and mostly lettuce, very deceiving. Everyone who loves pho knows it's all about the broth and this was very lacking in flavor. Now lets talk about service, friendly but the disorganization is frustrating we were seated before 3 other parties and it was just two of us and we were last to be serviced which is ok with me because I love the company I'm with but if your in a hurry it could be an issue. Once the food came we never saw the server until the check came. Really wanted to love this place because I love Pho so I hope they improve because everyone can have an off day. read more

We've been here quite often because it's the closest Vietnamese restaurant to us. The customer service is terrible... the waiter asks "is that it?" after every menu item we give him knowing we still have more ppl waiting to order. The boba drinks are terrible. The last time we were here, my husband and I had upset stomachs for 2 days. They introduced chicken red curry and bun bo hue as new menu items. I original asked for the chicken curry soup but was later told they're out of it so I got the bun bo hue. It was very sweet. The noodles were very hard. I think they're precooked noodles. I couldn't eat it. To top it off, they didn't remove the chicken red curry from our receipt. Sadly, we won't be returning and will be driving further out for better Vietnamese food. This tends to be our Sunday pho stop--broth is very good (and the spicy n sour is unique in Fresno to this place, and worth the drive--although it's not spicy, there is hot chili oil at the table). As other reviewers have mentioned, they put everything in the bowl minus jalapeños and lime, which was shocking the first two times we came here. Kids love the options of fries, and I enjoy being able to order TeaZona cheese foam tea or Vietnamese coffee with my meal. Table surfaces are a bit worn, and the height and proximity for an overweight guy (me!) are not ideal. Has quickly become our favorite place for pho! The broth is savory, fresh, and perfectly seasoned. The noodles are cooked to perfection. Chewy and never soggy. Portions are just right! Didn't know there was a pho spot out in this part of town... we decided to try this place because there was onion rings, sweet potato fries and mozzarella sticks listed, along with pho. LOL! They have vegetarian options and a vegan broth. The portion was good, the broth was light and there was plenty of vegetables and fried tofu. They offer several noodle types, which I discovered after I ordered my pho. The noodles were a medium thick, very soft pho noodle... to where you almost couldn't taste the noodles separately from the broth. Kinda weird to explain, lol. My friend and I would have preferred the traditional thin pho noodles I am used to. Would have been nice if the server mentioned that during ordering. All good, now we know. They serve the pho with the toppings in the bowl (basil, onion, cilantro, green onion, bean sprouts) and provide sliced jalapeños and limes on the side. First time I've been to a pho place that adds it to the bowl themselves. I prefer to dress my pho up myself and asked for more on the side. The basil wasn't thai basil which was different. The condiments on the side were hoisin, sriracha, fish sauce and they had some red chili oil. The oil actually has some spice and honestly, that made my bowl. Thank you, thank you. Mozzarella sticks were standard frozen sticks that were fried. They were served with ketchup. That broke my heart. No marinara. Foul. Lol. Veggie eggrolls (4) came out piping hot! We burned ourselves, lol. They were standard filled with cabbage and carrots, I think. Nothing too special and sauce was okay. Just happy there were veggie options! I was really excited to try this place, but it was a dud. Tonight was the perfect night for a piping hot bowl of pho because it was cold and dreary! We came in during their dinner rush and I'm not sure if it was just an off day, but the service was SLOW and just off. The workers all seemed overwhelmed and flustered so I'm not sure if they were short on staff. It was just not great customer service. We ordered three bowls of pho, the spring rolls, sweet potato fries, and 2 boba drinks. The pho came out first, but there was no water served. We had to ask for it. They also didn't bring out the toppings for it along with the pho. When they did, I was a bit confused because there weren't any basil. Just lime, bean sprouts, and jalapeño slices. A little surprising for a place called "Lime n Basil". We later discovered a few leaves of basil already in our pho. The broth itself was tasty, but a little on the salty side for me. The amount you get is also sad for the price you pay. $15 for a small amount of noodles and a few slices of meat. I do like that they use the wider noodles in their pho. It's my personal preference. I just can't justify paying that much for a mediocre bowl of pho. Our appetizers and drinks came out long after our pho did. The meal was so awkward. We basically already finished our pho then ate our appetizers. The spring rolls and hoisin dipping sauce was not good. They were tiny and lacked flavor. The hoisin sauce was more salty than sweet, which hoisin should be. The sweet potato fries were OK, but I wasn't expecting anything spectacular. Standard, out of the bag and thrown in the fryer. My gf's brother took a leave from the Marines and came to visit us during the last week of December. We have been telling him about this place and wanted him to try it for himself. As we were walking in to get seated I can see that the restaurant was getting busy, but I've seen them handle these type of dinner rushes before. Took us about 5-10 mins to get seated. They brought water for the whole table fairly quickly as well. After deciding what we wanted to eat we gathered the menus into one pile (insinuating the waiters that we are ready to order). 10 mins go by, then 20 mins, then 30 mins. We see people getting up to leave as they waited just as long as us. I had to flag down an employee to understand why nobody isn't coming to take our order. The employee stated that they were busy with lots of orders and that if we were to order our food wouldn't arrive as as quickly and gave us an estimated 40 mins or more. Devastated, I scanned the room and realized more than half of the people waiting for their orders to be taken had already left. I proceeded to ask the employee that since there's only 2-3 tables why would that be an issue ? The employee looked puzzled, discombobulated, perplexed, and just said sorry. In conclusion, the employee said they would offer a discount on drinks if we wanted but we respectfully declined. What I wanted was just plain honesty instead of saying they were busy (which they weren't becuse many people had left). If they were just honest as to say for example " we are short staffed, we sadly don't have certain items atm, etc.) I would've understood and happily go on about my day. I just hope that in the future this doesn't happen again because they will lose many loyal customers. And respectfully, please train employees to handle certain situations like these in a more professional manner. Have a great day. read more

Their phos are exceptional and I have to at least come here twice a month! Their steak pho is juicy, flavorful, and abundant.
