She asked if the loved one's obituary was posted at the funeral home and she read it while we talked about flowers and colors. Reading that the loved one was involved for years with a tulip organization, she had the perfect flowers in mind from her supplier. The arrangement was absolutely beautiful and she was so very thoughtful to locate the perfect flowers. I find out later that tulips are the favorite flower of the loved one as well as her daughter and granddaughter. Thank you, Sun!

She promised that she would send them on time and even offered to take a photo after she had them delivered. I wasn't sure of what flowers to send but gave her an idea. She recommended these (in pic); I trusted and went w it. She also had a little customizable message typed out on the note, stuck in the flowers. They are the lowest of the low to take money from a grieving family during the loss of a family member. They don't deserve your business!

On the first attempt, instead of bringing the flowers to the patient's room, they expected the patient to come downstairs to receive them--which is completely unreasonable for someone in a hospital. On the second attempt, they claimed they did not have the room number, even though the delivery was clearly intended for a hospital patient and should have been handled with more care and follow-through. This was meant to brighten someone's day during a difficult time, but the experience created frustration instead. I would not recommend this florist for hospital deliveries unless they significantly improve their communication and delivery process. They would not redeliver or refund and Im out $115.
