They have a great members' lounge and bar. There is also an Adults' only lounge where you can have a bit more peace and quiet away from children. There is free Wi-fi, computer access and newspapers at the Lounge. The gym facilities are excellent. The swimming pool is lovely and I really enjoy relaxing in the jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. They always make sure that there are at least one or two lanes free for adult swimming during the day. Membership includes access to the tennis courts and fitness classes. David Lloyd membership is pricey, but if you can afford it, then it's worth it if you are willing to use the facilities for at least 2 or 3 times a week.

If you are serious about working out, then don't bother paying the extortionate prices; this is more of a creche than a gym.
