After 2 months of no return phone calls, I gave up and had to cancel my CPAP order. Now, I have to start over. This company starts off nice but once they get your order, they don't care. Their excuse is that they are short staffed, people were on vacation and they merged with another company. That shouldn't be my problem, but it became my problem as I could not get my supplies. I recommend you do not use this company. There are others out there much better equipped to handle your needs. read more

Signed up to receive supplies from Lincare. Before getting my supplies, the lady at the Belmont NH office said I need to drive 45 minutes to sign papers before receiving my first order of supplies. I asked if they got send them for me to sign and she said no. I needed no appointment just stop in and sing a few papers. So the day I was suppose to drive 45 minutes one way, my wife suggested I called to see if they do the electronic signature? I was put on hold and the lady from the previous conversation about setting up my account got on the phone and with kind of an annoyed attitude she said, "no, that I had to drive there and sign the papers in person" I told her ok I was on my way. Getting to the office, I notice a sign on the door close from "12 to 12:30 for lunch" It was 12:26 so I checked the door and it was open so I walked in. A lady from in an office to left asking if I need help. I said yes, I'm here to sign some papers for my supplies. Her tone immediately changed to, "do you have an appointment?" No, I was told I didn't need one to sign a few papers. Well, I'm on my lunch break but I'll help you. I then said, "If you want me to wait 3 minutes I can?" She never said another word to me other than sign here, here, here and here. What a serious....you know what! If I didn't need my supplies, I would have told her where she could go. On the way home I called my doctors office and told them what I just went through and asked them to send a prescription to Reliable Respiratory in MA. They called me to set up with them and guess what? I don't need to drive to MA to sign papers in order get my first supplies. I would never refer Lincare (at least the Belmont address) to anyone. The lady in Belmont was so unprofessional. Not sure if she's just on a power kick out of making people drive 45 minutes each way or just not smart enough to setup an electronic signature system? It would be nice to know they cared about the way their employees interact with customers but I seriously doubt they will based on other reviews I've read. read more

I would like to thank the woman who helped me replace my equipment after speaking with her on the phone. I didn't know how to get to Lincare pharmacy store, so she had the equipment delivered to my home the very next day after my call. That resulted in me having my medicine without skipping a day. I've dealt with Lincare locations that I'd give zero stars. Before that I was an Apria victim. Don't get me started on Apria. Lincare Belmont, Jennifer and Sam, have treated me well for years. Responsive, professional, polite, problem solvers. They just fixed an admin glitch by Lincare Central which gummed up my CPAP supplies because we are snowbirds, and they are fixing a communication issue which delayed my new machine. I HATE Lincare/Belmont, NH!!! Why? Because they have raised the bar for customer service to the level few will meet. It took no less than five calls to other vendors(including another Lincare site) before I found Jennifer. The others didn't know, gave misinformation, couldn't, wouldn't...you get the picture. The minute I spoke with Jennifer, I knew I hit the jackpot. She immediately knew my needs(providing both meds and nebulizer equipment) and identified an issue with the PCP, which she dealt with successfully. She spoke with such confidence and certitude, I did not doubt a thing she said. She stated she would take care of everything and keep me abreast to the progress, which she did, superbly. Also, a shout out to Ryan, the delivery man. He was kind and respectful to my 93yo mom. He went above and beyond to help. You will not be sorry choosing Lincare/Belmont as long as Jennifer and Ryan are there. read more

Have used Lincare for years for a CPAP machine & supplies. They recently said to come by and pick up a new machine since mine had reached the end of its useful life. All fine and good until they asked me to to sign their customer agreement. The customer agreement was fairly routine except for the provision that said that if anything on my account is unpaid, I grant them a lien and security interest under the UCC on "any personal property" of mine, not just on the equipment they have supplied. Thus, they would supposedly have a lien and security interest on my car, my furniture, my investments, etc. and I would have to get a UCC release from Lincare any time I wanted to sell or otherwise dispose of my personal property. This is ridiculous overreaching and no one in their right mind should agree to such a provision. Although I am awaiting a call from their so-called regional manager to try to resolve this issue, and I am wiling to discuss it with Lincare's lawyer, presumably who drafted this terrible provision, I am also exploring alternative suppliers, Fortunately, there are several competitors around. Anyone who is asked to sign such an agreement should be very careful and consider the possible consequences of what you are being asked to sign. read more

I like to keep my business local if I can and since this place was right down the road from me, thought I would give them a try. First time around, it took about five weeks to get C-PAP supplies, then the incorrect size mask was sent resulting in a couple of phone calls to get that straightened out. Interesting, when supplies were sent with my previous insurance, they were just thrown in a flimsy box, no packing material and no invoice. The second time around because of insurance change, it's now been over a month since my provider's note was sent to them with a Rx for the supplies. I've called twice to find out the delay, should have realized the first time around and really don't get an answer. So, with further questioning, all insurance, all Rx, all orders, etc., have to go through LinCare Central in FL, where apparently they are just too swamped to be more efficient. Simple solution, hire more people, so there is not such a long delay. Oh...as an FYI, I had an overnight test done and the monitor sat on my front porch for a week before anyone picked it up. I'll keep you posted if I ever get my supplies. UPDATE-still haven't received my supplies. called earlier in the week, spoke with someone different who checked in the computer and no supplies were to be sent until January 2020! I explained the change in insurance and that supplies should be sent earlier. Person said she placed an order, again to FL, and I should receive my supplies in 5-7 days. Let's see what next week brings, after all, it's only been six weeks. UPDATE-I did receive my supplies, but incorrect size insert sent. Called the local office, one was available and shipped out promptly. Also told size was changed in the computer system. Let's see what next month brings. read more
