I've really not had any service from them yet. My doctor ordered a C-Pap machine for me and I have heard nothing from them. Whenever I call I get the run around and never get a straight answer. They say my case worker is currently on another call and that they will have her call me back. That call never happens. read more

I wouldn't even give these people 1 star!! They are rude and wont help you at all. They have the worst phone system ever! You cant even push for an option to talk to anyone. Woke up this morning to discover the oxygen concentrator with no longer working for my mother. Call them at 8:15 when I should have been open and got their answering service. I told them what was wrong and they said they would forward the message. I called back at 10 a.m. and got the local business and told them again what was going on they said thank you someone will come out. 5:30 this evening I called again because she's been out of oxygen for at least 12 hours and I've got their answering service. They said that they would notify the driver and the area. Half an hour later he called back and said he wasn't even aware that he was supposed to come out. Would you like me to come out. And I said of course because she needs oxygen come out. Sadly this is not the first time I've had such troubles it is simply the first time I understood I can complain about this on Yelp read more

I have been with Lincare for 9 years I have a real problem with the service. My machine is an older condenser, do not plan to have a low bill with the antiquated equipment. On top of high bill you have to use the air conditioner. The machine on its own will drive the house temp into the middle 80's. Being born and raised mountains like Mount Shasta, you might be adverse to high temp's. Needed tubing and Adult Nasal Cannula, I mean decent ones. Normally my wife orders them on line, because we hate to ask for them. almost two years ago l found an excellent treating physician, for some reason Lincare has not been able to supply the correct proscription form for night and day. My doctor and his staff have tried to work with Lincare, but I expect they to treat my doctor with respect at his office. Lately it has gotten worse. My doctor signed the script. To day I called them after I found out they did not even file a claim on my Medicare. So I called them. In 2010 I had level 4 throat cancer. speech is compromised so it extremely hard to argue or yell. When i told the person at the office I talked with medicare and all of a sudden she tells I am adversarial. I was a high school teacher, and instructor for JC. I do not become adversarial, and what I stated was a fact. Believe me, I am ready to buy a home oxygen concentrator, and portable concentrator, and stop their service all together. The machines are not cheap, but to have peace it would be worth it. read more

The people here are disrespectful and treat you like they are doing you a favor just talking to you. Their service is awful and they do not keep their commitments. I have had need of emergency replacement equipment twice now and both times they told me that if I don't sleep I will be ok and I can go several days without sleep so it wasn't an emergency. One time the person on call told me that "[She] is a young woman and it was dark so she was not leaving her house". Another time the person on call was sick and it was raining so she wouldn't be able to help me. I mean, why even have people on call if they never help anyone. They also refused to talk to my wife because, and I quote, "[I] was perfectly lucid and therefore he didn't have to speak to her if he didn't want to". It doesn't matter how far you have to go to avoid working with these people. They are unprofessional disrespectful liars who think you owe them something. read more

Disrespectful indeed...I was treated so poorly by Bobbi, she refused to replace my non-working nebullizer for my asthma which I got from them through Dr. Batin in Paradise in December of 2010, telling me that I did not exist, I wasn't "in their files"... What? I have the Lincare folder with the pink paperwork that Jerry McKenzie, the driver, had me sign! Plus I had a prescription for a new nebulizer faxed over by my pulmonologist in CHICO, Dr. Verma! So I asked for a supervisor, she said.."No supervisor here"...What? So I called corporate in Florida requesting that a district manager call me about this disrespect...3 weeks now, still no call! Thanks, Lincare, for NOTHING..Enloe helped me the same day and brought a new working nebulizer for my asthma to my home! Thanks to Hugo Leon from Enloe and thumbs down to "Dont Care".... They didn't CARE about my asthma needs at all!!! Asthma patients need more respect than Bobbi "No Supervisor" provides! read more
