I have been with Lincare for almost 10 years. For the most part I never Liked them. I had some bad service from them and left bad reviews about them. I use the Lincare office in Fall River Ma., and in the last couple of years there has been a huge turn around . The service people have been very very good, and very helpful. The office has been very helpful and always send the right equipment I ask for. I believe a lot of this turn around is due to a new manager Nicole. I think she deserves a lot of the credit. read more

If I could find another provider I would. I have never gotten good service from this company. They ship cheap knockoff products rather than the OEM parts. The customer support system works against the customer and gives the customer. By the time you get to an actual human you are probably so frustrated that that person hasn't a chance to make you happy. The chat team will disconnect in the middle of a call. And today I was charged more than my invoice with no explanation. Not a late fee just random charges added to my account. read more

I have severe sleep disorder , My Cpap machine died after 7 years , The company I got it from was bought out by Lincare. I bought my supplies online.so when they told me I have a Balance i was shocked. Now this company does not care about my life , Want 400 dollars or will not send a machine. Mind you this machine will be fully paid for by my insurance. So its not like I'm adding a new account or financing it will be fully paid . But no this company values 300 more than a life . Roxy from the Marysville, Ohio branch came out to service all of my oxygen machines. She was very professional and took her time to clean and service all of my equipment. TERRIBLE SERVICE! MY DAD PASSED AWAY A MONTH AGO AND I HAVE CALLED THEM 8 TIMES TO GET THE EQUIPMENT AND NOTHING! My mother is grieving and looking at my Dads equipment every day is making it worse. After being fitted with nose pillows for my bipap machine 4 days ago, Ive had extreme pain and soreness. I called yesterday (3 days after fitting) at 10am to speak to someone about getting a face mask. I was told the tech would be calling me back promptly. HA! Its now a day later. I called again only to be told all the techs were on the road all day, BUT she'd be happy to take my number and give them my message on MONDAY. So now its two MORE days of pain and suffering! read more

This company leaves a lot to be desired ! You never get call backs , now they seldom answer phone, forget trying to get supplies. They actually push people to the point of being rude. They told me last week the would mail them never got them because they where never mailed. I was never told that I needed a new nasal tube every week when they dropped off the concentrator. I actually had to go there myself in order to get what I needed supplies are suppose to be included in the price under the contract they have with medicare. They billed them but saved on supplies because they will not give you what they actually owe you. Seems like once they get equipment in your home they do not care unless your paying out of pocket. Jean Cruz was kind enough to help me today and get me what I needed They owed me enough for the last two months about 8 , I only received 3 but grateful to Jean for getting me those. I am under the impression that poor service and support is what they get paid for. Oh, and do not call one minute after 5pm. You will get the after hours answering service which has no way to expedite an issue. Our situation was a visiting 84 year old family member with severe COPD and they lost the order and never delivered the badly needed oxegen. read more

This review is for cumberland branch. Worst customer service. They are very rude as well. They take a very long time to process the medical device requests. Had I seen these yelp reviews before, I would have asked my doctor to refer a different place. They are behaving as if they are doing a favor. I give one star only because they don't allow negatives. Please note my review is about the Lincare in Cumberland RI. I could not get it to show up on the Yelp search so I picked the closest one. Sorry, I am picking on the Cumberland office today. I have been a CPAP uses for a dozen years. I did all my work with the company, Homecare New England. They got bought out by Lincare and then everything went downhill in a hurry. They offer the absolute worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Anything you do with them will only get finished if you call each person involved in the action to make sure they do their job. Example. My old machine died. I called and they said I qualified for new one, great. The facilitation of reporting the need to actually getting a machine took over two months. It only happened because I drove them crazy by calling regularly to get a status. No one in their company ever does anything beyond the immediate scope of their job. If the rep said they were waiting for a script from the doc, that was i. They would never call the doc, I had to do that. Then the doc sends a script but they have a million offices so it gets to the wrong one. No one would think to forward it, it just lay there. I made calls along the way and finally got to meet Ellen, let me tell you about Ellen in Cumberland. She is a carryover from Homecare. She is awesome but she is saddled with a group of Lioncare service reps who do the least possible to take care of their customers. A more recent event; the mask to my new machine was abraiding the skin on my nose. I called Ellen she said I should call Lincare supplies people to get a new type of mask. So I did and she saw Ellens note so it was not a surprise to her. She said I need ed to get insurance approval and that she would put a rush on it. Two weeks go by and nothing. I call back and get a different lady. She spends some time looks me up and says that ist awaiting insurance approval. I asked when it was sent for approval. She pauses and says it went out the day before. It had taken over two weeks to send my request to insurance. You know, the request the lady said she would rush. They provide medical supplies and care, This is not a ring dig distributorship. They are responsible for providing supplies that keep people alive. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. Unfortunately, they seem to buy up all the competition so I have no recourse but to deal with them. They are horrible, but Ellen the med tech is wonderful, she needs to find a new company. read more

This company replaced Vanguard home medical supplies in Sep. 2015 and it is HORRIBLE!!! I wanted only an appointment for a CPAP mask fitting and some supplies. Nobody called me back with an appointment with a clinician. Ever. I waited 3 weeks. Nothing but a recorded message to my voicemail asking me to confirm shipment of the supplies...and repeated "connecting, connecting" with no connection after all that nonsense. I thought Vanguard was poor in some ways, but Lincare is inept--even incompetent and all about the corporation, forget the client. I do not have time or energy to be chasing down this dead end company, so I asked to be removed from their customer roster. Free at last! read more

INHUMANE!! After many problems with this company this is the 2nd week they "ran" out of oxygen!!! 2 weeks ago instead of delivering a 6hr, 3 hr and a couple 1 hr tanks, for her to be able to leave thw house, they delivered a few 1 hr tanks for the week!! This past week they said they couldn't deliver any and she would have to wait until next Tuesday!! So therefore she is bound to the house for a week. Especially a holiday weekend at that. Nevermind any appts, laundry or to even get her mail! This is insane!! read more

This place has very poor service it is very hard to ge through to them by phone I have been trying reach the east providence office going on 2 weeks now. When I call I ge the buffalo ny office which in turn takes my message and tells me that she will have someone from the east providence office call me and they never do. I ordered a walker for my 84 yer old mother and was told it would only take about 2 days to be delivered like I said going on 2 weeks now and nothing but the frustating part is that one is not able to reach anyone! This is not the way to do business!!!!! My next attempt I guess will have have to go there in person. Should not have to do that!!!! Very disappointed with this company. read more

If there was a way to give this business negative stars, I would give them a million. I work for a doctors office and this business is horrible. It takes over a month to get any type of equipment from them. If you call one office, they tell you to call another; what your calling about is not their job. I will never refer any of my patients here and would also recommend to others to take their business elsewhere. read more
