Equipment was delivered without all necessary parts to enable full hookup. I call the local service number and spoke with the on-call customer specialist. She indicated her name was Mary. I explained the issue and she said I could come by and pickup the necessary part or she would mail it. Fortunately, I do not need the equipment to sustain life or I would be dead before the mail arrived. She was flippant and arrogant. My doctor wanted to use the equipment for a month to perform some tests. I am paying for this, not some insurance company. I am very disappointed in the attitude of the local staff.
