delayed prior auth, flippant response from Lincare employee to call my insurance company. I declined group class(current user/getting replacement) was told " that just how we do things". Class delayed by 20 minutes. the nurse finally came out and gave me equipment without a class. Came home to realize I didn't receive the supplies that go w/ equipment making this experience poor and useless. read more

We have been using Lincare for my wife's health care equipment and her oxygen supplies for many years. They are an amazing family of folks and they are like family. They have always gone out of their way to take care of us. We needed extra tanks for a trip for thanksgiving and they came and delivered even though it was an off day! Thanks guys, you are all awesome! I would recommend Lincare to anyone. read more
