I called on a Friday morning to ask about getting my oxygen condenser fixed. The red light in front was on all the time and had been since Thursday evening. I was getting no oxygen out of it as well. I spoke to Amber who told me someone would be out this afternoon! Terri was at my house by 1:00 with a new condenser. It's so wonderful! I didn't realize how worn my machine was. What a difference! They aren't really infoational because I got sick from it and my sickness was shortness of breath,chest pain, epileptic messing up,then went back and found out had a soar throat,cough,a angry earache..they are not dependable..now got to wait for the doctor to call back even told them I had respiratory problems..when set .and all this lady did is shake her head . when she was done she said you can go besides I told her I had c.o.p.d appointment on the 20th of April 2026.their really not reliable.she even said my pressure was the lowest when I called her about it and had to find the correct doctor who prescribed it and tell them..they more in likely won't get my business even though my insurance will be covering it read more

The people you have to deal with aren't actually connected with the people that make the machines they sell, so their knowledge is very limited. They sent the wrong supplies, I returned them, but they continue to remind me to pay for them. My new CPAP machine failed after a few months and I fear trying to get it replaced, due to their lack of professional response. read more

Lincare is very difficult to deal with. If you ever need help, expect an hour to speak with a human. They sent incorrect supplies, then sent return label. It's been 5 months and no refund for the return items. Ive spent 3 hours on 3 seperate calls, said they would fix it. Never have. What a nightmare. Never again. read more

Worst of the worst companies to deal with for health care. The national office does not know what the local office is doing and they don't care. The national people are not from the US and thus very difficult to communicate with not racist just truthful. They dont understand or try to work with you on a simple request such as contacting my physician for information about required information needed to confirm my usage and my how my condition has been monitored. If my insurance company allowed for another firm I would gladly change this provider. The local office is good but limited and I dont blame them for this aggravation but the entire process needs to be cleaned up. I am going to report this to medicare and my provider. read more

If there was an option to select zero stars I would have, this location (loves Park, IL) is a cry for help, between waiting over an hour just to call in for oxygen tank deliveries, and then having to wait all day for driver to show up then call to find out when he will be here only to find out he's not going to make it and will deliver tanks on Monday, cause they are short drivers ? I tried to get a POC through them and that was a complete joke, they went through the motions, but nothing happens but a bunch of excuses, first they said I had an outstanding balance of $18 dollars which turned out to be incorrect, then they used the excuse you have to order at least 8 tanks a month ( one month I didn't order any cause I was in the hospital that gave them their loophole to deny my eligibility AGAIN) I guess they would rather you keep getting tanks rather than a POC cause it more profitable for them, I am seriously considering switching to Apria air they are actually closer to me, I'm curious as to what the macro response will be from corporate or whoever reads these complaints I guess that will have some weight in my decision read more

The local office is ok, but the company is terrible. They lie to their customers and they tell you they will look into your issue and call you back but they never do. I have been waiting for 7 months to get an issue resolved. The customer service is a joke, there is no service and the employees are extremely rude. I have been told one thing for seven months by everyone I spoke to over that time, and now I am told that it is not true. When I call Lincare, I have no choice but to believe what I am told by the person on the phone. So when I am later told that what that person said is not true, what am I supposed to do? They actually have a department called the "Customer Concern" department that is supposed to help when you can't get your issue resolved through other channels. That department is also a joke as all they do is say "we don't know anything about that, you have to talk to the department that would not help you before to get your issue resolved". You're best bet is to never start with this company. Go anywhere else for your medical supplies. read more
