Well I would like to start with, working for the company. For starters I was employed with them for one week and two days... after the general hiring process it took three weeks just to put me on. I turned down other offers and opportunities with the word of the supervisor saying everything is good that she was waiting for corporate to give me a start date with that being said I was getting things in order at home to be sure that when I did start that I would be good from the home perspective. 9/10/24 my wife and I were at the hospital at 2 in the morning with my mother n law and on 9/11/24 she was being transported to Pacos T.X I missed one day. The tenth, and was fired on the 11th because I was told they needed someone reliable! A mother n law who is in bad shape... like I said I waited 3 weeks turned down 2 outstanding position for my commitment to lincare just to be dropped like a dirty sheet! I figured with all the bad comments all the bad about how the company treated there employees all the bad experiences... that I would still give it a shot thinking mabe it's just the people... I was wrong! It's the company! It took them 3 weeks to put me on and one day to fire me because of a family emergency... now I know first hand on what the previous employees and customers were talking about. I would not! Recommend to work for this company if u have a family... I would also not look for a position in the company in less u have more then enough waiting time on your hands and do not need a job ASAP. If you do not have these things going for you I would not apply to this company... even after hearing them bad mouth clients and have no regard to there living conditions just to use them for bad conversations.
