They are like boutique all the way. Huge selection of gifts, clothing, shoes, candy, etc. you name it, they probably have it. Especially if it's trendy. And fudge! Staff are friendly. Prices are extreme though. I picked up a beautiful headband on the west side yesterday, and it was $65. For a headband?! If I'm honest, I love to bargain shop their east side sidewalk sale every spring because it can go up to 70% off. (Because it's way too high for people to afford at full price) I went in to get a new Muskogee T-shirt that I had to have, and at $24, I felt like that was a steal compared to the other clothing. But they have beautiful things I love. I just can't justify spending $65 on a headband.

This adventure takes us to Homeland on S.York after my husband got off work last night. This is…read morewhat I consider the forgotten Homeland. I am glad my husband thought to go to it last night though. It was one of the most quite and calm grocery stores we have been to in a very long time. On our way in, we saw a red wasp trying to walk in, lol(it looked like he had a hard day). But we were there to see what this location was like, since we had not been in it, and to check out the pricing. Like I said before, I am glad he thought to go in. We really enjoyed the calmness. We did not feel like we were being rushed through, like at some other grocers, we have gone to. The cashier we had at checkout was very nice, she made our experience in checkout very smooth. It made for a great experience overall.We did manage to pick up a little dinner selection yesterday evening on our trip(After running an errand, we came home and had a couple pulled pork sandwiches from the deli that we picked up,after adding some extra sauce and a little reheat, they were just yummy. This pharmacy needs to educate their staff on Friendly Customer Service!! I have tried three times…read morethinking it was just one employee but I will never go back. Monday went to the ER because my tooth became abscessed and my face was swollen and my eye was turning red underneath. The only thing the ER could do was write me a script for some antibiotics send me home and refer me to a dentist. I called Gaddys on my way home to assure that my medication would be delivered as I have done with no issues for my past four scripts. Not sure who she is but a Britney answered my call and assured me that my medication would be on the delivery that day. Tuesday came and no delivery. I called 10:42 a.m. spoke with Brittany again and she assured me that I was going to be on the delivery docket and I would be getting that day. Wednesday still no medication face is swelling can't drive I have seizures have a 6 year old daughter who cannot walk in this heat and I'm about 4 MI to and fro and that's ridiculous to ask a 6 year old to do regardless I spoke with Britney again. It was 10:30ish I called assured that this time for sure my medication will be on the delivery. Next time I called was at 12:02 I didn't call I had my friend call for me because Brittany was kind of pissing me off. My friend got the same answer I did yes it's on there we can't pull it off it's already in route you don't need to come to the store to get it it's fine it'll be there. I was calling at that point to see if we could stop delivering and I could get my friend to drive us up there and pick up my medication. My friend and my daughter go to a water park because my daughter is going crazy staying in the house all day long waiting for my medication to get delivered. 342 rolls around and there's no site of any kind of delivery person so I call again this time I explained to Britney the importance of my medication getting to me and the many difficulties I have getting to gatti's. She said oh yes hold on and put me on pause CAME BACK ASKED MY ADDRESS PAUSE AGAIN and then said yeah it's in route it'll be there soon. Well darn tootin that was soon because Lauren got here at I want to say 404 4:15 and she was smiling and professional and she was chill and she took my payment and I thought there was a familiarness about her but didn't want to talk just wanted to let her get her job done and just get my medication. I was thanking her for her quickness and getting the medication here after my phone call to pharmacy headquarters. She said no there's no problem I heard that there was a delivery and I needed to get to you so I popped by the store and I grabbed it up and I drove it right on over. It's obvious to me at this point that the Britney had been speaking to for two and a half days had been blowing a bunch of smoke up my chimney and was hoping that I'd magically disappear because she never had it on the docket for delivery it was never in process of being delivered all six times I called prior to the last day at 3:42 when she got on the horn and put the delivery order out and actually did her job. I'm not going to apologize for a bad review for Brittany because quite frankly she's the worst customer service representative a company could have I don't know what it was about me I don't even know if it is just me it could be all the other delivery patients out there I don't know but it's hard not to take it personal. And I shouldn't have to explain to a pharmacy customer service representative why I need my medication delivered like I said I've never met her and frankly I don't want to but the reason why I will stay with gatti's is because of Lauren she was quick she was professional she was the face that customer service representation needs at the pharmacy called gatti's. Prior to this event I've had no qualms with this pharmacy and as long as I don't have to speak with Brittany and as long as people like Lauren are delivering for them I will be delighted to do business. As she was walking away in said where are you from. I said you sound familiar....and she said California. I am too. She took time to finish conversation and really was saving Grace. THANK YOU Lauren
