I'd give them a zero if I could. It took nine days after the Drs office contacted them for them to contact me. In addition to oxygen supplies, they lift an overnight oxymetry test which was to be picked up the next day. I've since contacted them several times, but it is now nine days later and the equipment still hasn't been picked up to have the test results evaluated. I'm pretty sure the Dr would prefer to have the resultd BEFORE I see him again. In addition, they claim to be available 24 hrs a day 7 days a week. Not so. Right now all I can reach is an answering service. If your Drs office suggests Lincare, tell them no way in hell! read more

I was only going to give them 1 star for I had to wait so long to get my cpap and they never returned my calls. Then, I got in to my cpap appointment and met Marci! She was a wonderful teacher and very knowledgeable and compassionate. She turned my opinion of lincare around. I must say though the overall office is disorganized. There isn't a clear receptionist to check in and just chairs up against the wall so it isn't comfortable and the office looks dirty. Also concerned that the workers were on the phones talking to patients and feel they should have been in private. read more

This place is horrible. They - I repeat THEY made an error in my paperwork and called me being rude to me. They promised I wouldn't be charged because of their error - then denied ever saying it when I got charged. They yell and scream at you. They don't listen. They read my sleep study and tried to determine my ability to have a CPAP on the sleep study where I was wearing a CPAP and not on the one where I wasn't. The whole office is full of disrespectful, unprofessional people who don't care one bit about the people they are there to serve. They are a disgrace to customer service. read more
