I've been waiting for seven days for an MRI confirming that my L2-L3 spinal disk is broken. I wake…read moreup every day in excruciating pain and take pills over the course of the day that barely make a dent in the pain. I cry all morning and wish for death some days, like today. I have been trying to find out why it is taking an entire week to read an MRI, so I called AMI and explained my situation. I had been weeping continuously all morning from the pain and I was at my wits end. I still am. The first woman I spoke to was kind and caring and she gave me hope. But then I spoke to her supervisor who was more interested in blame-shifting than showing even a crumb of understanding or empathy or offering to help in any way. It was really sad to see. The US healthcare system is a devastating landmine field of red tape bureaucracy made possible by a lot of people who don't seem to care about anyone other than themselves. I fear we are doomed medically speaking here in the US at this point.

I couldn't do my dishes or cook without causing extreme discomfort. After going to the ER, numerous medical & specialist visits, someone suggested going to a chiropractor. I did my research, found ChiroLouie, called and got in the same day. My condition was so bad when I first came in, I cried at home most days and was losing hope. ChiroLouie listened, understood and got to work. When I stood up after my very first session, I could hardly believe what just happened. Immediate relief. Of course I still had some pain but I went from like a 10 to a 4. It was incredible. After no help from so many medical visits for months, all I needed was ChiroLouie. I was ignored, Ortho told me I had lung cancer bc of back pain, was told I would need neck surgery, was given carpal tunnel surgery and was even told it was in my head. Absolutely no one was helping & all I could do was lay there day after day in intense pain. To sum it up, sitting at a computer working for years, with possible bad ergonomics, can cause some issues. I'm able to do so much more now. I am happier, feel better overall & it's all thanks to ChiroLouie! I appreciate him so much. He listened, was understanding, patient and provided helpful information. I got my life back because of him! Thank you!
