I first went to Lincoln Laser Skincare in June 2012. Having sufferred most of the year with unexpected/unexplained moderate acne. As many acne sufferers will know, I found the condition disabled me. My personality changed. I became a recluse. At the end of my working day I cried almost on cue as I walked through my front door and I wouldn't let my partner come close to me. I had been to the Drs and was on antibiotics (both topical and oral). I was expected to wait up to two month before trying different treatments but I knew it would take more than tablets to get my skin back to its pre-acne standard. I started doing some research and found positive feedback on N-lite laser. I then found the LLS website and immediately booked for a consultation. They managed to book me in for an appointment within a week. The fee for the consultation was £35 (payable after consultation). I had made my mind up that I wanted N-lite based on my research, but was prepared to listen to what was recommended by the experts. I was concerned that I would be sold all sorts of lotions and potions that promise (and cost) the world but deliver nothing. But went away with £75 worth of skincare routine (you can pay the same at some Boots skincare counters) that really actually work and I will continue to use the same products. It took a few days for my skin to adjust to the new products put they defintely had the desire effect. During the consultation Julian was very thorough and I spoke openly about my health and skincare. He listen and advised I used the N-lite. He did a test patch with the laser and the area seemed to improve overnight. My made an appointemt for the nextday. I was scared, but I needn't have been. The chemical peel was more uncomfortable than then laser. The laser felt warm and tingly on my skin. Definately not unbearable. My face was red afterwards but again that was proabably more to do with the chemical peel. Victoria on recpetion was lovely and applied mineral make-up on me so that I could face the world. I could feel that my skin was cleaner and much softer and smoother. I notice an improvement in my skin everyday, and after two weeks I was virtually spot free!! I had my second treatment at this time, and again, my skin continued to improveglow even! I am due for my third treatment in a few days. Recently I have really abused my system, drinking too much with very little sleep or water. My skin has paid the price a bit but the products have really helped with damage limitation and the clarity of my skin is still worlds apart from the day I first walked in to the clinic. I honestly cannot thank LLS enough for giving me my face back. Since the treatment I have found the courage to make some life-changing decisions and I feel that I am a completely different person than I was two months ago. I highly recommend LLS, my skin had been a problem for many years and it affected my confidents, until I visited LLS in early March 2010 with its warm welcome from the receptionist Victoria I instantly felt at ease. I have been going to Lincoln Laser Skincare for topical products and for laser treatments over the past 9 months. I am very happy with the service provided by the owners Debbie and Julian; both are highly trained, competent skin care experts. Debbie and Julian have an excellent knowledge of skincare and the best procedures to deal with skin problems. My skin was damaged from sun exposure after living in a very hot country. Despite wearing sun protection everyday, my skin was noticeably pigmented and I was starting to see a few fine lines. I also had some old acne scars. The products I have been using have made a big improvement to the texture and tone of my skin. The laser treatments are working and I will continue with these. Debbie and Julian are generous with their time and advise on products and treatments without being pushy; you leave feeling informed and they advise to actively do your own research if you're in any doubt. After acquiring a lovely 10 or so warts and only my hands and face, I visited Lincoln Laser Skincare in the hope that I'd be able to get a fairly 'quick fix'. Not only was I booked in swiftly for a consultation, but I was given the opportunity to get straight on with the treatment, something I appreciated as I was going on holiday not long after. The practice itself is clean and modern, whilst Julian was helpful, professional and conscientious eradicating any potential pre-treatment fears that may have been lingering. The information I was given with regards to results was pretty much spot on. I was warned that the warts wouldn't disappear straight away and that I may need a second treatment. Having undertaken a second session and a final consultation, I felt the billing was extremely good value considering the time undertaken, the professionalism of the practice and the quality of the apparatus used. In the years before I received treatment at Lincoln Laser Skincare I had regular waxing, bleached in between times, and plucked out thick, stubbon hairs all of which was very unpleasant, time-consuming, depressing, and not particularly effective. Debs was so sympathetic, encouraging, and obviously 'knew her stuff' that I decided to go ahead and have the laser treatment. To say that the treatment I received 'revolutionised' my life, wouldn't be an understatement. I have never had the need to do anything other than cleanse, moisturise and use a high factor sunscreen since that very first session. I was so very, very, pleased with the result which, to me, was little short of miraculous. I find that now I just need a treatment once every six-months or so to get the odd 'strays' zapped. I have to mention that I did do precisely what Debs advised in having regular treatments every 4-weeks initially, and religiously used a high-factor sunscreen. read more

I have been going to LLS for a year or so for tattoo removal. I have always found it to be a pleasant experience (well, besides the actual lasering of course, which is a wee bit painful!). Victoria the reception lady is lovely, and Julian the person who does the treatments if very knowledgeable and funny too. I feel like I am in safe hands and they are getting rid of my horrible, much regretted tattoo as well. The price is pretty good, considering they are basically zapping me with a high tech laser. The treatments are working well, my tattoo is already faded in certain areas. There is also great aftercare, so if I think I am having any problems (although I never do), they are always at the end of the phone. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend LLS! read more

I took my son to Lincoln Laser Skin Care to resolve issues he had with bad acne. I have put up with thread veins on my face for about 10 years. Every winter my nose would light up like Rudolph's. I was very hesitant to start with but read up on the treatment and went to see LLS. Having paid up front for consultation and a course of treatment I felt by far the consulation and first treatment were the most effective and gave best results. Although it then went slightly downhill; More than once my appointments were cancelled and rearranged as their equipment 'broke' and required repairing although they were apologetic.
