Absolutely love this place! I've been for hot yoga and Pilates. The owner is an absolute gem - incredibly kind and a phenomenal instructor. The facilities are clean and inviting. The classes are *chef's kiss*. Scheduling is done online and is a breeze. If you have any difficulties, just text them. You'll get a response back pretty quickly. I look forward to more workouts here.

Very welcoming, female owned studio. They have so much to offer from Pilates, barre, meditation to Infrared light. I loved that this place was a vibe - the locker room was pretty and clean. I took a beginner pilates class with my friend and we had fun - sometimes laughed while doing the moves. The playlist was great. The instructor went around to make sure our form was correct and to help us. I lWe ended with a 90 second meditation. Overall a great way to start the week.

The Sue + Andrea duo are the best. Such wonderful people. They welcomed us into their Heat 3.0 studio for a Professional Women's Club of Chicago event and everyone had such a wonderful time. The studio was spotless and so peaceful. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a great workout, place to relax, or event location. Thank you!

I was invited to the Open House for Heat 3.0 Pilates reformer and hot yoga studio. Upon entering I was greeted by Susan one of the owners. She spoke with me about the benefits of the studio. I was a little early for class so I sat in the sauna for 20 minutes. I signed up for the 10 AM hot sculpt yoga class. I was in a class of three people. The studio was heated at the right temperature (not too hot). The class was really nice and relaxing. I forgot the instructor names. But her class was really nice. Heat 3.0 has two large studios one features hot yoga and the other studio has the hot pilates reformers. Both classes gives you a good stretch, makes it a little easier to breathe, you will work up a sweat in the heated studio, great balance that will give you strength. Very clean and has some of the best amenities. There is also free parking along the side streets. You can sign up before May 31st to receive unlimited classes for the pilates reformer and hot yoga studio. After the class there were light healthy snacks and drinks to enjoy. I recommend.

They said they comped everyone an extra class to try a class in the normal space - The instructor checked me in and said the other staff would give me a tour after she finished with the other clients but she never did. I pretty much roamed around to figure the space out before the instructor noticed and told me class was starting

The staff and instructors are so welcoming and friendly, and they have such a calm and cool vibe. I like that they like to check in/chat with students before/after class, and they are just so nice. I've taken the Wednesday and Thursday evening Zen Vinyasa classes (unheated room), and it's exactly what I was hoping for! It also was populated but not crowded which was great (though I can't speak to other days/times). I had Angel as an instructor both times when they were subbing for someone else and I really enjoyed it! Angel has a simultaneously soothing and strong voice (in the best way for a yoga class) that is great for motivating students during class and I love their inspiring words and playlist that begin and end our classes. The studio itself is cozy yet spacious enough to have multiple rooms for various classes and a lounge area in the center with lots of comfy pillows and a coffee station. I see people hang out there and it makes it feel like a community vibe. I like that there are lots of hooks, hangers, benches, and lockers in the front and back of the studio and in the actual bathrooms/locker rooms so it feels like there's plenty of space to place your things. It's also very clean!

Unfortunately, both times I have come here there has been music playing throughout the entire session. Not ambient instrumentals but whole entires songs with lyrics and bridges and choruses and stuff. And not very good ones. I personally cannot focus on the words of the instructor or my breath and body with tacky lyrics being pumped into my ears. I come to the mat to cultivate focus and presence, and I find it impossible in this space. This place is definitely for someone, but not people who are sensitive to noise or enjoy a more traditional yoga practice. Much love.

Being a desk warrior isn't good & prior to that, I stood all day at a previous job. Any extreme will take its toll on you... & my daily aches & stiffness remind me of such. I've attended 3 classes so far, all virtually - which I appreciate so much given the winter weather & the pandemic. My absolute favorite class is Candlelight Yoga with Aasha. I find ending my stressful week with this class so necessary & I feel refreshed & relaxed after. I love that we're asked what parts of the body may need attention & we'll work through some poses to help... & they do! Despite being hyper mobile, I can still get a good stretch & be challenged. Class ends with meditation & before you know it, any drama & stress from the previous days are gone. If you're on the fence of starting a new healthy habit, give this place a try. Not only did it give me much needed time to reflect and relax before the new year, but it was just such a pretty, quiet, positive and motivating experience. I really liked our instructor -she explained the poses very clearly so that even a novice, like me, could follow easily. I also liked that the studio was comfortably warm and there were all sorts of props to use to aid in the poses (which was a new experience for me). I also liked that she had some unique twists in the class -starting off with an inspirational quote, ending with a poem. It was very thoughtful and clearly planned out. Overall, great experience -I really liked this class and plan to check in when I'm in need of a little reflective centering.
