They ask if shes been shaved before how did she handle it. She does fine shes calm doesn't fight, I already bathed her so she just needed the shave which takes maybe 2 to 3 minutes. I am sitting there over an hour watching as people come and go. I finaly get up and ask when theres only one other person in waiting area whats up? They FORGOT to sign me in... Ok I keep my cool the man goes in the back to ask what to do. Im expecting to be put in front of all the other dogs I saw go by while waiting hearing they need baths and full body shaves...I had an appointment, its like a 2 to 3 minute thing....and they FORGOT to sign me in right? oh no. he comes back sorry we are fully booked and since we FORGOT to sign you in we took others ahead of you. You can leave her here and we will get to her before we close. No. Anyone who has a cat knows how stressful it is for them to be brought to the vet you want her to wait and suffer for hours over a 2 to 3 minute shave? The professional thing to do at that point would be to say im sorry we fucked up to make it right we will quickly see your cat shave her and you can pay and go; not sorry you and your cat will suffer for our mistake. Train your people, it is common sense in business to right your wrongs, which could have been easily fixed in this issue. Not sure how they are with regular vet visits but their people/business skills are horrid.

We had boarding reservations for a week starting this past Saturday and going till next Sunday. I called and confirmed last Monday to make sure there was no problem. Everything seemed fine at the time. I took my dogs to them Saturday morning to drop them off, and there was a sign on the door saying they were short staffed and would be closed. I had not received a call or any kind of notification whatsoever and was supposed to be leaving town for our vacation. I understand that things happen but they have my name and number and knew that I had a boarding reservation and they should have called and let us know something was going on so we could make other arrangements. They left us in a huge bind and that is not good business. I will not be bringing my dogs back here!

Dr. Moulin uses alternative medication as well as traditional prescription medications. He takes the time with the animals and is also so calm no matter how the animal is behaving. He has gone to vehicles to administer shots for animals too scared to go inside. I wouldn't want anyone else for my hairy children.

Love this vet! I recently brought my 2 year old German Shepherd in because she fell while playing…read morewith a stick and then hacked up a bloody piece of it. Dr. Smith recommended that she put my dog under anesthesia and check where the stick had punctured the inside of her mouth in case part of it was still in there. Low and behold, about an inch inside the hole was a sliver of stick! She removed it and gave us a regiment of antibiotics. Because of Dr. Smith's thoroughness our dog had a full recovery. Sally and Tim love animals as much or more than we do and are like family to us.
