The young lady at the desk guided me to their website to fill the necessary forms online. This is a great timesaver for new patients! I went into the office and met the desk people who are friendly and super down to earth. The got me in for treatment within minutes of arrival. I was so lucky to get Dr Staci to help me. She is so chill and friendly and dare I say super thorough. She diagnosed my lower back issue and also identified some other minor alignment concerns. I was dealing with sciatica pain for weeks and after her initial adjustment I felt so much better. Of course I'll need several more visits but Dr Staci was so obliging that she offered me a time to return that would keep me from missing any work time. It amazes me how knowledgeable both Doctor John and Doctor Veera are about every fine detail of the body. I'm not just talking about your average "crack crack" and leave.These doctors have worked with a range of people from some of the best athletes in the world, to overweight people with herniated discs! The entire staff is so warm and friendly, I feel like I'm walking into a home when I go for a visit. The visits are always the right amount of time, I never feel rushed or like I wasted my time coming down. I now live in Montclair, about 1 hour 15 minutes from the office.
