EVERY TIME we meet with her she was 20 minutes late, then we did NOT even get our full appointment time. On top of that each time we meet with her, she didn't recall who we were, why we were there and asked the same questions each time. By the time it was my son's turn to talk to her, she again, didn't know why she was talking with him. She never discussed any concerns we had; she prodded him why his parents wouldn't let him have a phone, something we discussed with her that was an off topic. After we quit coming because she was NOT helping, the neither office nor Sheila bothered to call and check in. Sheila simply milked the insurance system, she is a fraud and so is this company. Keep looking; you won't get the services you are hoping here. HORRIBLE! If I could I would have disputed every charge with my insurance company.

Audrey Church was the first person to correctly diagnose me after 4 others at various practices did…read morenot. Unlike some of the others, she listened to me and spoke with me for over an hour on our first meeting. The first medication we tried did NOT work and she was quick to correct it and luckily the second one did. It's been 5 years and I still take it. I have tried additional medications a few times as my condition usually calls for it and I have experienced some traumatic events as well... and she keeps in mind what hasn't worked for me and the side effects I've experienced from those particular medications when suggesting a new addition. I know that should be a given but some doctors seriously do not take the time to do that. They just push what needs to be pushed if you get me. She also only suggests generics. She is a caring person and seems genuinely concerned when I'm having issues. I will never see another psychiatrist unless one of us moves. Highly recommend giving her a shot. I have never tried therapy here though so I can't speak on that.

Once in the office, you will be greeted by Stefani and their adorable dog and invited to sit in the waiting area. If you need the restroom, they are located by the staircase outside of the office. Melissa is the ARNP and works collaboratively and patiently with you as she addresses your questions and concerns. She is respectful and thorough in her exploration of your needs and is helpful in providing resources and looking at your health from a systemic perspective. Stefani runs the front office and is personable and helpful with scheduling, processing payments, navigating insurance, and is very responsive to emails and phone calls.

There are groups daily and there's also the Neighborhood Clinic down the road. They do everything to make failure not be an option. These people don't give up on you!!! There's a Peer Navigator who I absolutely adore. (She only wears Chucks and Docs) Out of everyone here, she is the ONLY person who's asked me what name I like to go by. That meant the world!! thanks J!! This place is different and it works!! They also have a system where you get paid to do tasks and come to meet with your counselor. I've made $230 since September. This isn't the 12 Step program you're tired of. This actually works. I was afraid of getting clean due to the withdrawal symptoms... That's NOT an issue here!! My counselor AF is amazing. I literally slept all day everyday for 6 plus months. Thank God I saw a REAL doctor who told me to get off all of those medications immediately. Since then I have felt like a normal person. Two counselors cant keep communication about one person between each other updated and accurate. My old counselor left to another facility and after hearing her reasonings now I see why. Dont go to these mom doctors who prescribe you pills left and right. Disgusting
