I want to…read moreshare my miserable experience with his work .It was 20 or 30 years ago, and I had a good insurance plan through my employment. So the pain in my mouth, should have been quick and easy for a qualified dentist. but it was over twenty years of hell. Loss of sleep major headaches , and a very ignorant patient: me! Another employee from my place of business lived near Stafford . So I enquired with her with about here. Her response was he brings the Patient alot of pain. At the time big jobs were done by Dr Stillwater. He suggested a procedure, but never once called it by it's common name. Which is "ROOT CANAL" ! As this horrible procedure never actually cured any pain I was having. I mentioned it at a follow up. "He told me it looked great, and if this 2nd attempt doesn't work, I'd need false teeth which entails a lot of dental visits and similar procedures, and heavy maintenance.Plus not much if any insurance coverage."Life went on and everyone including different dentists all complimented my dental work. And didn't seem to hear any of words on the pain I've been in for 1-2 decades.A description of the work done, I gave to someone explained that to me ,it was a Root Canal! In which I sucked it up and lived in pain with.This started to feel worse so another dentist who "loved" Stillwaters work in my mouth; finally got a specialist (Orthidontist ?) only on my insistence someone to pull the teeth and the roots out.And they were keen on the cleaning procedure extensively! (what the hell the guy's got insurance!) I feel normal again after years of pain. But hell used to "look great", but I would have traded the pain for many more meals with soup.And possibly less two divorces. My Experience, Makes me not trust any medical providers in this province.

Nice little touch. Dr. Stillwater is nice and entertaining when he sees me for the minute he checks my teeth. The really outstanding part of this group are their hygienists. I've been there twice and have had great experiences with different hygienists. They were informative, thorough in their cleaning and always worried about my comfort level. It also helps when they tell me how great my teeth are too! LOL. Not a fan of the receptionists there, everyone else is happy in that office, not sure why they were left out of that loop. I love how one lady called me to confirm an appointment but when I told her I was sick she still thought it was appropriate to make my appointment. WTF? She didn't seem happy that I wanted to reschedule. Otherwise, nice place!

One thing I do know is that they won't extract it until the infection is gone. So I call to get a prescription and book an appt. a week from now. I'm told that since it's over a year, I will need an in office visit first. So sure, I'll wait a week and let it fester. A pure money grab with no semblance of caring for their patient at all. Stay away at all cost. They don't care about anything but your wallet.

i went to minuk in October of 2019,had work done. But before…read moreany work was done I asked at least 3 times that all work would be covered by my insurance. i was told by Morgan more than once it would be completely covered. I was also told by his assistant it was 100%covered. i was also told by one of the ladies who answered the phones that it was 100% covered. But today DEC 27/19 I get a bill for $1327.20. So beware of this place I made a big mistake not getting the confirmation in writing that it would be covered 100%. Now here it is a quote made by Manny Minuk "At Minuk Denture Clinic we believe in acting ethically and responsibly and hold ourselves to extremely high standards."
