Incredible food quality, 5-star service, beautiful facilities (swimming pool, saunas, hot stone rooms), and a truly relaxing environment with an incredible mountainous, natural surrounding. The only downsides: the internet connection is slow and unstable, and they turn it off at 11pm every night ("because some people are sensitive"); there are no massage services on Sunday or Monday, so if you check in on Saturday (like we did), you can't access them since they need to be booked the day before; and they nickel-and-dime you for drinks at each meal.
