I visited here in search of my engagement ring as Carlisle only had shops that were commercial and I wanted something a bit more special. After having a full consultation where the the owner himself talked us through the different types of settings and stones, and then what the diamond ratings equated to we went away with a lot of food for thought. So much so that we went back the next day and ordered a gorgeous platinum solitaire which was very high on the diamond scale and was going to be made particularly to my finger size which was also a half measure. No altering of another ring here as it was made just for me. It only took two weeks for my ring to be made although it felt like an eternity as I was so excited. I particularly really liked the service we recieved here. There was no pushy selling tactics and we were given all the time in the world to decide which was best. It felt very personal, not like we had just chosen a ring from a shop window as the owner even rang his stone dealer to see what was available just for me. I would definitely recommend this jeweller as they were just brilliant.

They specialise in gems and have every kind of stone you can imagine - proces range from a £10 pair of earings up to the very expensive. It's a great place to go to get original one of a king pieces and they have a good selection of rings - myself I got a lovely star cut diamnd and emerald ring here for my 21st at a cost of £120 - you really don't have to spend a packet to get something beautiful.

VERY RUDE MANAGER and very poor customer service by JACK . I…read morebought iPad and pen from here and by mistake the chap who sold it me ( a nicer sales staff ,not Jack) had given me the wrong pen . I phoned the store and was told I could simply swap it the next day with the correct pen . Next day Friday 13th I returned to the shop to exchange the pen. The staff Jack and his manager were both very grumpy from the start the manager told me the pen was an extra £5 now not considering my return to the shop parking and time . I explained I was told it would be exchanged his reply was I'm not losing a F*,!~ing fiver . you can have your money back you should've bought the right person in the first place. Eventually after a disagreement with The grumpy manager who gave very poor customer service total dishonour to Nathan co as a representative of the company, saw the light eventually and reluctantly let me take the pen at no extra charge but lost the sale of a computer console a PS2 they had in the window I enquired about so I walked across the road shortly after I bought one from Cash converters instead I won't be using the shop again .
