I had to call in here about 3 months ago because I had a problem with the radiator and coolant…read moresystem in my car, and they were very helpful, checked the car in fairly promptly, kept me informed and updated on developments, problems and progress with the repairs, and were good at communicating in general, unlike some other garages who you don't hear from for days and days, and you wonder what has happened to your car! The car was still in warranty, so there was no fee for the work, and they told me it was fixed and wouldn't happen again. Unfortunately, this week (ironically just when the warranty has expired), the SAME problem manifested itself - so I've just left it in to get it looked at and we will see if they are going to charge me for a problem that they were supposed to have fixed the last time...watch this space.

My dad has a lot of contacts and his philosophy is to buy in cheap and pass them on at reasonable prices so he can have a good turnover of cash and cars. What differs my dad from most second hand cars sales is the after sales service. Most car sales will tell you it's your problem if something happens to your car after they sell you it, but my dad will always try and help you fix it , and for free. He also will offer pre MOT prices for terribly low prices, he just loves fixing cars. Payment is flexible and he will hold onto relatively small deposits to reserve cars and will accept both Euros and pounds. There is something for everyone here, so I endorse you come here, as it may indirectly increase my inheritance! ;D

It has ceased to be, expired, bereft of life, joined the bleedin choir invisible. Then ya rings BMW. Oh our chap is in your area he'll be 90 minutes. He was four hours and he rang before he arrived to say he had no equipment or parts as his van had broken down the day before and he had a hire van not BMW. He said everyone is told four hours but no one cares anymore. Now it's back in Bavarian. The on board computer shows it sits where it was parked not moving six hours ago. It needs a software update that seemingly can't be done remotely but they couldn't even be arsed plugging in for the software fix. Shoulda boughta Lada.

You pay for what you get!…read more I have bought several cars from Bavarian BMW Belfast and the customer service each time has been top notch. After I test drove and ordered my car, they made sure to give me regular updates on the build progress of the car and likely arrival date. Even when the car had to be serviced, you leave the car off at Bavarian and they drop you back to your work free of charge. They then collect you once your car is ready. Complimentary drinks and snacks are available whilst waiting in the show room. The choice of a bunch of flowers or a large BMW umbrella upon collecting the car is a nice touch too.

Today took the car in as it was misbehaving on cold starts, they gave it a through check over testing all kinds of things that are way beyond my knowledge or understanding of cars but delivered the bad news that it was going to be a big and expensive job to repair. Doesn't need to be done immediately so went and collected the car fully expecting to pay for the tome they spent looking at it and was handed the keys and told to go think about what I wanted to do...no charge! Think they may have felt sorry for me. Previous work has always been done to a high standard so will definitely be back just perhaps not with my current car

The WORST. These…read moreguys replaced my handbrake cable. The next day, it snapped, and was hanging from the car, dragging along the road. They took a fair bit of convincing to accept that they had to fix it, even after seeing the cable hanging down. Everyone makes mistakes, but the thing is: there are PROCEDURES to avoid making mistakes, when it comes to maintaining your car properly, protecting lives etc.: guidelines on how much to tighten things, crazy notions about having senior people checking what junior employees do, etc. These guys obviously don't follow any such procedures. Avoid at all costs.

Where any work has been required outside of my normal annual service & MOT check, I am always informed (accurately) of the cost and asked to authorise before the work is undertaken.
