But this review isn't about how much I appreciate Dr. Marcus and Megan (who helps me with my complicated insurance issues). This review is about the office staff. They've got a few locations around Suffolk and I went to this location yesterday. I had to also bring my 2 year old son with me, so I was nervous about how things would go. He ended up being well behaved but a big part of that goes to the help I got from the receptionists, technicians and office staff. They were friendly and chatted with him with every interaction (many people simply ignore kids). They also let me walk him around the lobby while I waited to be seen. That helped keep him interested the whole time and he even enjoyed himself! Though, maybe it's because I have him one of their lollipops at the end of the visit.

I have never been so disregarded by a health "professional" in my life. He seems to have his "skit" memorized and he quickly spits it out without any friendliness or respect for the patient in front of him.
