She is also extremely helpful and kind. I noticed a one star review posted here--about a refund policy--and I wanted to share my experience at Lines has been nothing but positive. We live in the Burlington VT, area--and also shop in NYC for dance supplies at the largest in person and online retailer (with a huge selection) This NYC store (like Lines) also does not accept returns for a refund--this is something we have come to expect while shopping at mega stores like GAP or Lululemon. (Where *shrinkage* : I.e. theft and damage is included in the costs passed on to consumers) If you value a local economy and like to support small business as much as we do--stop by Lines! No refunds, so if you aren't local, steer clear. I misunderstood the clerk when she said I could mail the shoes back, no problem. I assumed this meant I would get a refund. Now I have $172 store credit to a store 3 hours away, with a less than helpful website, and I still have to pay for the right shoes from another vendor. read more
