(drum roll) GAP TRADE SERVICES!!! Yes I left a voice message and Mike (!!) called me back shortly after. Busy guy, thus guy Mike. After I told him the situation he explained several possibilities of what could be wrong and as busy as he was, he said he'd come the next day but it would be late in the day. Hooray! And he did show up the next afternoon and fixed the problem PLUS he's coming back to fix several other issues. Fair prices, honest and what a friendly man!!! Mike works 7 days a week, does installation, plumbing, electric, duct work....and fixes air conditioning!

Do not give a deposit until the quote/ invoice records accurately , the brand and item you want , because , if you pay a deposit, this acts like the quid pro quo of a contract you agree to, and, you might have a fight on your hand to get what you actually discussed, asked for and agreed on . 4 . 1 year ago these guys put in a hot water system. They overcharged by $300 based on the quote and…read morethey never removed the old hot water system, despite promising to on several occasions. I rang them over 10 times, told them on the ninth time that I no longer believe their promises but David 100% guaranteed that he would have it removed by a certain date. When that date came and went, I rang him up and he was rude to me and hung up on me. Don't believe a word these guys say. They are rude and unreliable.
