I've been through multiple back massages and chiropractor visits. This is by far one of the worst places to go for any sort of massage. They dug so deep in to my spine and shoulder blades that I had to tell him 3 times that it was to hard. Don't come here or bring anyone one you care about to this location! Had been a long time customer BUT.... The Northtown mall location has a gentleman there who I feel just doesn't really give much with his massages :( I always get an hour foot massage and tip generously, but the last 4 times I have gone I felt as though an uninterested little kid was just patting my LEGS! The bottom of my feet were never touched he focused only on the front of my legs and there was little to no pressure and yes I have asked every time and this will sadly be the last time I go here. Was very unsatisfied again. The valley mall location is phenomenal! I would recommend 10/10 every time! Sorry northtown. read more

Very intense massage. This is not for the light to medium massage folks. They use elbows and a deep tissue approach.

I was skeptical after reading these reviews but gave it a shot anyway. I had a nice experience overall. They were nice, the foot massage was nice. There was no annoying music, they didn't harass me about the tip I left. I will say that don't seem to understand body language such as I'm tensing up because you're hurting me. Lol. So you have to be direct. I'm going to guess they're not licensed massage therapists, but that's just an assumption. You get what you pay for. I think it was good for the price. Loved this place & cannot wait to go back. Took my mom for some foot reflexology this morning- they were VERY good & very accommodating. We really enjoyed our foot massage & will do full body in the future. 4 stars instead of 5 due to the one & only song (one I personally didn't enjoy) which was on replay over & over throughout the massage- so bring your headphones; I just happened to have mine so we made the most of our experience & listened to some meditations. I just had the best massage without taking off my clothes. Strange, right? Yelp recommendation for the WIN! I tried the 40 min Combo Massage (20 min full body table massage with 20 min foot reflexology) for only $45 at Lin's Relax Station inside Northtown Mall. Been a repeat customer for a few years. I'm a regular since appointments aren't my thing. I get two hours on the table once a month. They are very consistent, and for the most part seem like they all went to the same school. They are friendly, and good with deep tissue. I never leave feeling like clothes-on massage is any sacrifice. Definitely get a table massage here if you never have. read more

Same treatment as the Valley location. Pushy, rude and not relaxing at all because all they do is talk in their language back and forth loud while you're supposed to be relaxing. They grind their elbows into your shoulder blades and it hurts. Beware. read more

I'll be honest it can be a little painful at times as they apply alot of pressure, but i have never had a massage in my life where i walked out pain free. They worked out every knot i had. Normally after a massage anywhere else i feel relaxed but still in pain, i felt amazing after coming here, it was so worth it, and they have affordable options if you don't have much to spend. So I am a massage therapist, or at least I was some time ago, went to school and took the boards and everything. These people know what they are doing!!! Even just the chair massage is incredible and so beneficial. I took a friend there today and they quickly accommodated the two of us. We both have chronic pain issues and just a 20 minute chair massage helped so much. They warm you up then get deeper and get the trigger points and problem areas. The pressure they use is amazing. They are so nice and friendly, my friend and I both will be coming here as opposed to a traditional massage place. They even give you water which is key after a massage as it helps flush the toxins released by the massage. read more

I am a licensed massage therapist in the state of Washington. I came in to get a 30min back and 30 min foot massage. I seriously doubt that the middle age female therapist has gone through any accredited massage therapy courses because she kept using her elbow on the top center of my spine (the spinous process) and was applying a lot of pressure to it like it was a pressure point. Pressure is supposed to be applied just to the left or right of the spine not on the center. Later she used her elbow to dig not only on the sides of my neck but also on the center of my neck with a lot of pressure, the neck is a crucial and vulnerable spot on the human body, it is very easy to damage the neck and you should never apply pressure on the center of the neck especially with an elbow. I flinched and tensed up my muscles to let her know that what she was going was causing a lot of pain and was not ok since she did not speak English. Just about the only word she knew was "tip" when she demanded a tip at the end of the massage. I left with a headache, pain in my neck and my lower back, none of which I had coming in. For $68 an hour you would think you'd get a licensed massage therapist but not here, not only that but it is against Wa state law to practice massage without a license which would require a minimum of 500 hours of training through an accredited school and they would need to pass a state written exam before they are given a license. read more

One of my go to places when in town on business. Amazing service. The gal who did my massage was a little thing, but dang if she didn't have the strongest hands and did deep tissue work. I was sore for a day and had some bruising, but was well worth it as I was pretty locked up in my lower and middle back. Amazing staff here. Gracious kind and willing to listen. read more

I must share my recent experience. My daughter and I stopped by to see if we could get in for a message. One of the ladies who worked there explained that there was a 30 minute wait. We understood and asked to be added to the list. She explained that wasn't necessary and we thanked her and told her we would walk to the store Earth Bound and would be back. 20 minutes later we returned and patiently waited our turn. 35 minutes later they finished with the guests that were already there then seated a lady who had come in after us. I watched as the gentleman who had been rubbing a clients feet start folding towels that I had just witnessed others using. He reused the towels that had been used on the previous people's feet. Making the stations look as if they had been cleaned and sterile. He then approached my daughter and myself and ask to help us. The lady we had talked to us previously was standing there she explained something to him I couldn't understand. He tried to seat my daughter and said I would have to wait another 20 minutes. At this point I explained I was not interested that they hadn't cleaned anything and I watched them place a dirty towel over a clients face. They stood there as if they didn't understand. I feel this place should be reported for health reasons. Even if Covid wasn't an issue using dirty towels and not cleaning the stations is a major concern. I will never consider using this place ever again. read more
