It was a pleasure to work with Sales Rep (Karan) who answered all of our questions and had lots of time for us. Then, there were the installers (Alec and Tim) who were extremely professional, skilled and polite. Outstanding. Finally, Project Manager Jim was also extremely knowledgeable and stayed with with us through the whole process. All in all, these 4 people really made our experience with Renewal by Andersen an outstanding one. Highly recommend

have received your offer and the contract and have reviewed them…read more After very careful deliberation, I feel that I am not comfortable with dealing and doing business with you Though price is a consideration, there are many other factors which led me me to take this considered decision There were so many red flags - some among them, twisting facts, attempts at disinformation, false accusations, high pressure selling, contradictions in the contacts, lack of protection for my deposit, lack of trust and belief in me as the customer This may not just you but maybe this is the corporate philosophy and culture, and business model of the company Site visits, sales call and marketing and advertising all are just tools of the sales proceeds, and a means to secure business, and NOT a favour to the customer that it has to be cited as a reason for the costs and pressure It is rather unfortunate, as I really wanted to do business with you thinking that I would be dealing with reliable professional, ethical company, which is customer centric, understanding and respectful of its customers I also received TOTALLY opposing reports and recommendations bout some windows from the two representatives. Does not provide any level of comfortin theprofessionalism and assessment! you MAY have good products but that is only a small Part of a business relationship. I hope this could be the trigger to review and revise your business model and ethics I wish you all the best to you and the company and hope that its customers get their money worth and respect that they deserve, as THEY are reason for your very existence of the company

Recently had my Odyssey 2016 done at this place. I've researched on several anti-corrosion…read morecompounds and decided on corrosion free due to this article - http://www.howtosavemoney.ca/which-rust-proofing-service-is-best as it's used by the Canadian Army- http://cradpdf.drdc-rddc.gc.ca/PDFS/unc53/p526285.pdf. This article alone and the fact that corrosion free does not require drilled holes for application especially on my new car was the deal sealer. Here's why holes are no longer needed - http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=hAmosX6MTOs. Kim Telouni did a great job for the corrosion free application. Initially he recommended drilling but I showed him areas on the Odyssey which can easily be entry points for the wand that they use. There are a lot of factory holes for any new vehicles. I would recommend you to take your time as well to check your car once it's done as you may notice some weather striping not being seated properly although it may happen temporarily due to the compound that is applied but not an issue as they easily snap back. Be aware that some of your door panels or tailgate may have popped as they have to go in between them to apply. Just snap them back in. They may also tell you not to wash the car although the corrosion free website does say you can. I still did not since I was too lazy. All in all I was pretty happy with the result and will be coming back here again. In fact, I'm again at the shop having my VW Golf 2012 rust proofed since I don't believe VW's 12 year anti-corrosion warranty works in Waterloo, ON due to the salts we use during winter. I had a Passat B6 2008 that was manufactured out of Germany but it rusted on the wheel well and tailgate. See this article - http://www.corroding-volkswagens.com/new-page-4/.
