It's quite "milky" but since it's plant based, it doesn't make my stomach suffer from digesting the drink (like I usually have to). I like the ratio of coffee and milk in my latte, the drink tastes creamy but neither of the flavor is overpowering. Overall it is a chill, warm, and cozy local cafe. It's also a good spot for 2-3 people to sit down and chat on weekend afternoon!

From the outside, the store does look pretty nice, with it being in an old building which in a way reminds me of walking through the backstreets of Spain with two grand windows and a balcony above the store, which obviously aren't open to the public and I presume isn't in use today. Do bear in mind the store is accessed by two large steps only and there is no step-free way in - the nearest alternative branch if you struggle with steps would be Carnaby Street, even there you have to request a ramp however for access. The staff here seemed friendly enough - they seemed to try their best in difficult circumstances. This branch is again another one of those central London branches which charges more than the rest of the country, my Venti Vanilla Coldbrew latte here would cost £3.65 compared to the usual price of £3.20 which I feel is unacceptable especially as it seems it's becoming the norm in London compared to the rest of the country (Other brands/locations don't charge more so why should Starbucks?) Nicer than most nearby branches inside but again a limited seating - again seems to be the poor form which is common for Starbucks locations in London, bringing me to the point that I'd rather see less large branches rather than a store on every corner which charges whatever the hell they want and in many cases serving mediocre drinks and being allowed to function which is a real shame. 2*

I took my tired, weary legs along to there and promptly arrived saying 'I just want coffee, as strong as possible. Please can you help?' The server, politely advised me to go for lightest roast because it had more caffeine and recommended a double espresso. Woww not only was it a lot, lot easier than most espressos to drink, it perked me right up. I also spied bagels on the menu and what coffee shop visit wouldn't be complete with a bagel!! I ordered a peanut butter one, which is not only one my favourite snacks but also perfect post gym, to help you reenergise. He owns Square Mile Coffee Roasters which are the beans used at Prufrock Coffee. I had the Flat White which was probably one of, if not, the best I've had.
