They were friendly initially, but that changed instantly when an issue arose. Within 20 minutes of driving home, I discovered major damage and mess: a deep, nail-sized scratch down to bare metal near the driver's door handle--clearly from a sharp object's forceful impact, not normal driving. Fixing bare-metal damage on a new car requires repainting the entire panel, costing several thousand dollars. There was also plastic abrasion near the front left tire and white paint handprints left here and there. I drove back immediately. The mother at the counter who took my business completely ignored me and pawned me off on her teenage-looking son. I was then put on the phone with the owner (the father), who overreacted with hostile, intimidating aggression while trying to "educate" me with complete nonsense. He denied all responsibility, blaming me for not doing a full exterior paint inspection before leaving--an absurd expectation for a simple tint job. I'm not a smoker but you can definitely smell the environment in/around your car when you get it back that maybe the employees smoke. I don't think they have a restroom for customers bc the door to their work area had the bathroom placard on it. Today was my appointment, and I went with the XR Plus ceramic tint, which is top-of-the-line and comes with a lifetime warranty. Lavon is also a certified XR Plus dealer, which gave me extra peace of mind. If you're going to tint your car, don't go cheap this film blocks 98% of UV rays, and you instantly see and feel the difference. You really do get what you pay for. From the moment we walked in until the moment we left, Lavon gave us excellent customer service. He made sure we got exactly what we wanted, and the whole process took about an hour. I ended up paying $636 for everything (not including tip) 5% tint on the rear windshield and back seats, and 20% on the front. Honestly, the best deal I could find anywhere. Lavon is a very personable guy he had us laughing from beginning to end, and he truly came across like family, which I really appreciated.
