I just wanted to share my experience today at David's Bridal. I went in today to try on dresses for…read moremyself and pick out dresses for my three bridesmaids. Caitlyn helped me out today and she was awesome. I was so nervous that I would feel pressured to buy and that wasn't the case at all. She was very helpful and answered all my questions. I tried on I think five dresses. And the one dress I had pegged as my favorite did not disappoint. We added a belt and a veil and it pulled it all together. I looked and felt exactly how I want to for my wedding day. But I wasn't ready to say yes to the dress quite yet. We moved on to the bridesmaid dresses. That was a bit more complicated. So many choices and styles. But Caitlyn was attentive and brought more choices and made sure we had all of our sizes. After a long discussion and dress switching we decided on a color and style. All of my maids look and feel great in our selection. During the appointment I hemmed and hawed and decided to go ahead and purchase the dress. I live out of state and I didn't want to miss out on the opportunity I had. Today's trip was a success. I had such a fun time. The staff at David's Bridal are amazing. I called Streu's to see if there was any way they could come back and give my mom the booster. (My mother's health is poor and would not be easy to bring her to a place outside of AL to receive the booster.) Streu's went out of their way and made it happen. The best thing about this store is that they always have unique Packer gear..... it might be a larger selection when the items arrive in August/September, items I have not seen in Milwaukee stores, or awesome items on clearance (I got an amazing Pink Packer dog for $8 after the Jan 11 playoff game!). I make an effort to stop here when I am in Green Bay to see what is available. I think I met the store manager and she was a doll - super friendly and helpful! However, the girls working the cash registers seem flustered. Maybe it is the increased traffic that occurs after Packer games (??). When I went to Nell's, Samantha walked with me thru their selection, talked me thru the decision making, helped me try on various wigs and I was able to settle on the perfect wig. During the 2 years of wearing the wigs, I came back to the salon frequently to get help with making the wig always look good. Samantha helped me throughout the entire 2 years.
