Had randy service my system because it was installed by him originally. So figured it would be a…read moregood idea to have him move two heads. We'll I found out that was the biggest mistake I could have made. He showed up with a negative attitude and insisted that I was wrong on the new location which was only 6 ft away from the original location on the same line. He ruined two of our beautiful established exotic plants and tore up our manicured lawn. With no care for others property. He used profanity so neighbors 3 houses away could hear that had small children at play until he was told to either stop or leave. When finished he left the excess dirt that he dug up in piles and on our beautiful lawn with no apology and provided an overwhelming bill and demanded payment in full prior to leaving. I had two other heads I was going to have removed but with how things were going. I decided not to say anything because I will find someone else to complete that job. I personally will not use this company or recommend randy to anyone I know or that asks me for someone to help with their system. I hope no else has to learn an expensive lesson from this company as I did today. ($625)

KB Sprinkler - false claim for service. This company claims they performed service on our sprinkler…read moresystem but they did not and we did not ask them to. They performed a sprinkler 'blow-out' for us in 2020 at my request, but NOT in 2021 (the year they want to bill us for) b/c we did it ourselves. We attempted to contact them multiple times to explain that we never asked for nor received service in 2021 but they refused to take a phone call. Now they sent their false bill off to collections. What a weird un-cooperative company. Guess they think they can just claim they provided service and chase down customers to force them to pay for something they did not do nor was requested to do. The fact that they cannot even take a phone call and look into their mistaken billing is a clear indicator of the lack of mores surrounding this business operation. Avoid KB Sprinkler.

I couldn't be more disappointed in the way Gopher Irrigation handles their clients. I'm a little…read moresurprised they are still in business to be honest. My husband and I received a quote in early August for a sprinkler system at our home, signed the contract, and submitted our deposit. We were told at that time that they were running 2 weeks out on jobs. Well, over 3 months later, we still didn't have a sprinkler system, we weren't even on their schedule. Every time we called for an update, we were given an excuse as for why they hadn't scheduled our job yet and then told we were their "next job". Even getting someone from Gopher to call us back was a struggle. Finally, we ended up cancelling our contract and requesting a refund. We wasted an entire season waiting for them to never follow through.
